I spent 3 days there, enjoyed everything about this quaint town and resort. The staff was courtious, prompt and helpful. The western feel was felt throughout the entire establishment. The hot springs were a real treat, very unique, and the tee pees helped with any un pleasant weather element. An excellent choice if you want to relax one day, and... More

There is not much to do in a small town, and I would recommend to have your meals in Rawlins, WY which is about 25-30 mins from Saratoga. The room is comfy and the hot springs pools are cool since you may have your own special Teepee pool if you get there early . You may ask for extra towels... More

...but then the second time, not so much. It's not very often that we'll upgrade to one of the more expensive suites, but I opted for the the Pool side King Suite and was pretty disappointed. Upon checking in, the map they give you falsely illustrates a much larger suite compared to the standards. I step up to the door... More

We came up here to relax and relax we did. The hot springs are well worth the visit. If you venture outside of the hotel grounds around dusk or dawn you will see a varying size herd of mule tail deer that seem to hang around the resort. Some basics about the room: There is no refrigerator, closet, or safe... More

Took my daughter on a quick weekend trip. Lodge was perfect, liked the room, although basic, it had a nice feel to it. It is rustic but that's why you go to Wyoming. It had everything we needed. We had a room across from the hot springs pools. Although it was a pretty cold day, we enjoyed walking over in... More

I have been reading all the reviews. . Was frightened but wanted to take a chance. So happy we did. The pizza was great. Micro beers were great. The multiple hot pools are an experience every ô one should have. Room was old but clean. We didn't stay in roommuch. Too fun in water and sitting by big outdoor fireplace.... More

Based on a review in Sunset Magazine we decided to take a short trip to Saratoga Wyoming for a long weekend before fall really hit. Little did we know that before our trip parts of our town would be declared a federal disaster area due to flooding. Nor did we know that we would have been much happier staying in... More

We have stayed at the Saratoga several times over the years but in light of the unfavorable reviews of late, felt compelled to write. Our stay, albeit brief, was delightful. Our room, one of the refurbished ones, was cozy, clean and appropriately appointed. We both had massages at the spa which is a tradition for us. Wonderful. We had a... More

At first glance we loved it. Until dealing with the manager Susan. There are some updates and maintenance needed but for us could be overlooked because of the beauty and peacefulness. As you can tell from a lot of the reviews Susan is THE PROBLEM with this so called resort. The whole facility has great potential under the right management.... More

Yes, this "resort" is old and "yes" it does not seem to have been renovated ever. But the things that make this property so unpleasant could be easily fixed. It was dirty, the small rooms had poor lighting, fixtures in t, the staff was indifferent at best. he bathrooms were hanging off the walls, the food specialty was "fried", as... More
