Very rundown and lacks basic maintenance. Disheveled curtains, cracked windows, no plate covers on electrical outlet, burnt out light bulbs, toilet needed repair, non-usable pool, no elevator, etc..Rooms were acceptably clean but even non-smoking rooms smelled bad. Just glad we don't live there!

We stayed here for one night on our way from Denver to Yellowstone, as it was about the half way point. Another motel we tried, said the town's motel rooms were always full because of workers from the nearby refinery at Sinclair. Having told us we would be lucky to get a room anywhere, he phoned this motel for us... More

I came and stayed here with my husband for a weekend while he was staying here long term for work. This place is a dump! My husband was paying 80 per night, no fridge, no microwave, no AC, no housekeeping. These were all "included" in the price. It was filthy, and "free" breakfast was a gallon of unrefrigerated milk and... More

Thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. Although room was reasonably clean and comfortable for an older hotel, there was NO hot water. Tried 3 times ( early evening, late evening, early morning) and got luke-warm water at best. The restaurant was a joke. Service was poor, food took forever (and we were one of only two tables there), order messed up... More

With our business, we are in hotels and on the road about 50% of the year. We had our employee stay at this Quality so he could have a smoking room while we stayed at the Hampton. BIG mistake!! He got into his room one night at 4pm and the bed had no sheets..he waited until 7pm to call the... More

This was my worst hotel/motel experience in over 40 years of extensive travel all over the globe. A quality control team from Choice Hotels needs to do a surprise visit to this location ASAP. I agree with all the bad reviews and it appears that the pool's "minor mechanical problem" has gone on much longer than I was told and... More

Needed a night stay before heading to Jackson Hole, WY. Checked out several hotels in area and all were over $100. We stopped here but the reviews were not good so we requested to see the room that we would reserve. It was clean and quiet. No complaints! They gave us a good deal including a AAA discount. Had nice... More

title says it all; if you want cheap, great, have at it, but if you want anything remotely nice, or if you want the ice machine to work, or if you like old run down dumpy looking properties, well then, you'll like this place. I am an Diamond Elite member who stays in 60-70 choice international hotels a year and... More
