We booked our reservations months in advance. When we arrived, they charged us a different rate than the one quoted. As a result, we asked if we could cancel, especially after seeing the cleanliness of the hotel. They said it would be okay, and they would not charge us. Well, guess what, they did anyway. Two mistakes: We should have... more

The Super 8 is located close to the interstate which makes it easy to get off/on the road. The rooms were below the quality of a Best Western, but better than a Motel 6. The staff/management could use some lessons on customer service. While I was checking in the front desk person was yaking on his cell phone and not... more

We just returned from a cross-country road trip during which we stayed exclusively at Super 8s. I would, perhaps, not be writing this review had we only stayed at the Rawlins Super 8, because I would assume all Super 8s were as awful as this one was, and thus not worth my breath. Some Super 8s are very nice and... more

I stayed here on the night of Jan. 29th 2008, or I should say that I stopped here due to I-80 being closed due to a blizzard. The place was dirty, the clerk at the front desk didn't speak English, but it was the first place that I came across, Super 8's are usually clean and affordable, and I didn't... more

I stayed at this hotel on business...during hunting season. It was the only hotel in town that I could afford, because of inflated local hotel rates intended to capitalize on the hunting crowd that descends on the town every Fall. This hotel was on the extreme West end of town off I-80, and not close to downtown at all, or... more

We usually find Super 8 Motels to be nice, clean and inexpensive when we are just going on a roadtrip. In fact, we had just left the nice Super 8 in Deadwood, South Dakota. (see my review for that one) The Rawlins Super 8 is an exception. Basically, it was a dive. It is hard to even know where to... more

We stayed here one night on our way to Jackson. Management was rude and hard to understand their poor english. Charged us $82 which was less than the other chain motels in the town. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast selection was only cereal and toast with coffee or juice. The motel seemed to be in the... more

We wanted to find something that would allow our two dogs and the Rawlins hotel was it. When we got there the gentalman spoke very... more
