I stayed at the Best Western Pinedale on Thursday, August 14. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I called the hotel and was transferred to central reservations. I got a discount for being a government employee and had to show my ID when I checked in. Swimming pool was available but I did not use it.... More

We stayed in Pinedale because the rooms in Jackson Hole were WAY to expensive. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The breakfast was a full hotel free hot breakfast and was prefect to get us back on the road.

We got in later than we usually like to, but they still had a room available. I tried to call earlier and make reservations and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and didn't ever come back on the phone. Tried calling back to a no answer. We have stayed at this motel previously and liked it so that's... More

Staff very friendly and helpful! Rooms are nice and clean and very comfortably spacious. Hotel is very attractive with the decor. Plenty of towels around the heated pool and hot tub! Within walking distance to many restuarants and other attractions in the downtown area. Breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, ect. Would stay here again!

We tried to get a room in Jackson, but were over $300, so we drove on to Pinedale and found a relatively reasonable rate compared to Jackson. When we first showed up, the parking lot was filled with oil and gas vehicles. Being from Texas, that sent up red flags (usually noisy, rowdy and dirty). HOWEVER, these folks were the... More

We were 3 friends traveling together. The room was so very roomy with a king size & a queen size bed so we all had our own space. We were headed to Yellowstone from Oklahoma so it was a perfect stopover to get to Yellowstone the next day.

If you don't mind no view and hallway's to the room not being able to sit outside anywhere then you may like this motel. The room itself was great the staff very good this motel design just does not appeal to us we like doors to the outside and being able to sit outside. We also thought the rates were... More

This is a roadside motel in a small town in Wyoming that serves as a gateway to the Wind River range. It is a sprawling two-story property without an elevator, so ask for ground floor if stairs are a concern. The rooms are clean, and those in the back of the property face away from the highway and are correspondingly... More

Nothing unusual about it. I would consider it at the lower end of what I have seen of Best Western but it was still clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast included, a touch above the absolute lowest level chains (with sausage links and patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy), but not by a lot. A bit more expensive than I would... The room had an odd odor. and the building its self did not look like it was updated. the tub and shower curtain was extremely dirty and had mud all over it, it was very unclean, the person at the front desk wasn't extremely friendly. when i pay 140 dollars for a hotel room i expect it to be very...
