We spent one night here while spending a little time at Grand Teton National Park. The Lodge is quite close to Togwotee Pass, and receives a lot of animal traffic in the summer. While we didn't see any grizzly bears, we heard from both staff and patrons alike that they were in the area. We enjoyed the Marmots who have... More

Best coffee you can get, at the lodge and cabin. Nice people, will get what you need and will leave you alone when you want to be alone. The staff always make the difference and these people will help you in any way.

We were taken back a bit when first arriving at Togwotee, as it is in a relatively remote location with an unpaved parking lot. However, we were most pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the accommodations here. The staff were genuine and friendly in every phase of the operation, from the registration agents to the bar/restaurant staff. The room was... More

The lodge PO Box is at Moran where the South entrance to Yellowstone is, but the lodge is about 16 miles past Moran. This is deceptive for anyone trying to stay overnight between Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Not really worth the price for a family of 5

We are bicycling cross country through small town USA. Our accommodations have ranged from excellent to not so good and cost usually has little bearing on our hotel experience. Yes we understand the principles of supply and demand; the price generally rises in relation to what the competition is. With little available competition the business can charge what the market... We stayed in the cabin at Towgotee for six nights, and it was wonderful! It was nice to be able to cook our own food if we wanted to, or go to the Red Fox to eat if we didn't want to. We had our four wheelers with and could ride right from the lodge to see some of the... More

My family and I stayed at this cabin for four nights in July 2014. The staff was great and helpful. The area around this lodge is huge! Jackson is around 35 minutes away from this lodge. You have to drive a bit to get anywhere but this lodge is calm and serene. However, since this lodge is in a remote... More

We booked a cabin and when we got there they put us in a lodge room. They said it was a "booking error" and that they were full. The lodge room was small and run down. The bathroom was old. The place was built in the early 80's by the style. This bathroom had never been updated. It was OLD... More

Depending on your needs this might be just what you are looking for. We stayed in one of the cabins. They are small but fine for a couple. Best thing is the beds are great very comfortable. Worst thing the kitchen unit. Very little to no counter, the sink, fridge and 2 burner are one unit kinda cool vintage thing but... More
