This place looks very nice from the outside and has a great mountain view. However, we got rooms 3 and 20 and they were INCREDIBLY tiny. We requested a larger room for four people but they didn't have one when we got there. There is no floor space, the bed is shoved up against the wall, and you can't open... More

We chose this hotel because of it's location just outside the southern entrance to Yellowstone and we endured an 8 hour drive. Very easy check in and check out!! We truly were literally only sleeping and leaving so made no complaints... but the light in the shower was out and kinda creepy with no light in there. The toilet was... More

I don't see how in the world this place gets away calling itself a RESORT!! I booked a room for 5 nights based on the pictures they posted. I guess the rooms they picture exist but ours was UNBELIEVABLY SMALL with the bed pushed up against the wall. One of us had to CRAWL out of the bed at night.... More

Dear HokieDuo, Thank you for your impression of our historic economy rooms on property earlier this month. I apologize that this room wasn’t the best fit for your stay in Moran, WY. We actually have two such rooms that maintain the original historic floor plan of the property, built in the early 1950’s. These unique rooms are built at junctions... More

When reading recent TripAdvisor reviews, I saw nothing about the queen bed with shared bath. As I needed 2 rooms, this was the cheapest I could find close to the Grand Tetons. I paid $109.92 per room. For 1 night, it was OK but I could never recommend it for more than that. These are 3 rooms with a shared... More

Accommodations near the parks is difficult to find and very expensive. Found this offering on Hotel.com. Last day in the parks, so wanted to be close. Very small, roadside motel, I would not say a resort. Nearest off site food is 3o miles, so you are isolated. Motel is log cabin style, nice rooms if you can overlook the mouse... More

Away from the maddening tourist overload. Both Jackson and Yellowstone conveniently available by car. Simple, basic, good quality lodging with great beds, responsive, polite staff, with cool evening cross ventilation breezes making air conditioning not necessary, nor is it available. The restaurant with a full bar is a delight, great food, great service, reasonable prices, the manager is highly personable... More

This is a great place with EXTREMELY nice staff (at the grill and the Lodge property). I read the reviews prior to stopping and I am glad I went to find out for myself. It's true their is no A/C but at night it gets cool out here. My windows had screens so no mosquito problems. Food was excellent. Rooms... More

... on a recent road trip (June 2015) through Wyoming I looked for overnight accommodation just east of Great Tetons National Park. It was approximately 7 pm, I'd spent a long day in Yellowstone, I was tired and concerned if I went further I wouldn't find a place for many miles. I stopped at a resort on highway 287 in... More

After a long day at Yellowstone my wife was starving and looking for the nearest place to get some food. We just stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. My two kids loved the fact that the resort has a playground and a couple of horses to watch roaming the property. The service was excellent. We... More
