I have been stopping at the Little America location for over 50 years, starting not long after they moved from nearby Granger WY to the current location then on Highway 30, and later I-80. After so many years, I suppose the original building was in need of serious repair and remodeling, and the building housing the coffee shop, dining room,... More

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed or is closed for remodeling or for the season? The most extensive menu was at the truck stop, all grill food, no fine dining here for dinner or breakfast. Otherwise, rooms were fine, difficult to regulate the heat, but it was bitter cold outside.

I always enjoy my stays at Little America. The surrounding area is great for rockhounding, hiking, fishing and biking. My only change would be that this place REALLY needs a lounge. The food is decent at the cafe. The rooms are not as quiet as I like, as you can hear people all night long coming into the common area... More

My husband became suddenly violently ill while traveling :-( but staff went above & beyond on our behalf at Little America. Alex at the front desk in the gift shop/cafe was so kind to personally deliver some items to my husband in the men's room, and Sake let us check in at 10:30 am so he could get into bed... More

Of course the room was nice, a delux King in the newer building, but unfortunately three weeks ago the restaurant was closed and what is available for all meals is a deli-type truck stop cafe. We decided to have travel cheese and crackers in room at night, but the next mornings breakfast was very disappointing. If you count on this... More

But nothing to write home about either... Hotel room I had was small and crowded, the bathroom fan was loud, and the door locks are next to impossible to undo until you have had chance to practice opening them. But the rooms were quite and clean. The price was fair. The big restaurant is closed, so you have your choice... More

I remember traveling along I-80 with my Dad in the mid or late 1970s, passing the billboards touting Little America- "World's Largest Gas Station, 200 pumps." Cheap ice cream cones, a stuffed (real) penguin; it was the Wall Drug of Wyoming. I always wanted to stop and stay, but never did. It sounded like the kind of place from that... More

The important stuff: clean & well maintained room, very comfortable bed, quiet, and zero problems. I was too tired to do my usual late night commute home to SLC, so I decided to stay here. Given it's the only thing in the area & has no competition, I expected a dingy, dirty old motel. Not so! Check in staff was... More

I have been stopping here for many years. The room is always neat, clean and comfortable as well as quiet. The towels are luxurious; the beds are very comfortable. There are extra outlets for plugging in chargers etc, and I always have a microwave & mini fridge. Towels & toiletries are made in USA and the Gilchrest & Soames toiletries... More

The winds of Wy may allow the arctic penguins to fly, but you can sleep like a baby. The motel was great and we enjoyed the 75 cent ice cream cones. Great staff and good food in their restaurant.Fun gift shop.
