I remember traveling along I-80 with my Dad in the mid or late 1970s, passing the billboards touting Little America- "World's Largest Gas Station, 200 pumps." Cheap ice cream cones, a stuffed (real) penguin; it was the Wall Drug of Wyoming. I always wanted to stop and stay, but never did. It sounded like the kind of place from that... More

The important stuff: clean & well maintained room, very comfortable bed, quiet, and zero problems. I was too tired to do my usual late night commute home to SLC, so I decided to stay here. Given it's the only thing in the area & has no competition, I expected a dingy, dirty old motel. Not so! Check in staff was... More

I have been stopping here for many years. The room is always neat, clean and comfortable as well as quiet. The towels are luxurious; the beds are very comfortable. There are extra outlets for plugging in chargers etc, and I always have a microwave & mini fridge. Towels & toiletries are made in USA and the Gilchrest & Soames toiletries... More

The winds of Wy may allow the arctic penguins to fly, but you can sleep like a baby. The motel was great and we enjoyed the 75 cent ice cream cones. Great staff and good food in their restaurant.Fun gift shop.

Had been on the road for awhile and needed to stop. First: The "truckstop": it must be illegal to charge people to use the bathrooms, otherwise, they would. Everything is ridiculously overpriced; you'll pay 2 if not 3 times for something here that you can get most anywhere. Nothing unique in the store, yet they price things as if they... More

First time at a Little America Hotel. I have stopped at their gas station and gone into their gift shops before and after viewing the over priced trinkets and snacks I never considered staying at their hotel. We were tired and called them while on the road. To my surprise the rooms were very reasonable. Because we had a pet... More

I have driven by this place for years and stopped at the gas station. Decided to stay a night with our family on the way back from vacation. While the resort is nice for its age we found a few things that we didn't like and I would probably not stay her again. - Top sheet had a hole in... More

$110 with AAA doesn't make this double-queen room a value by any stretch of the imagination. At first blush the quaint colonial Americana stretch of motel/hotel rooms looks extravagant with it's cherry red carpeting, tucked in down comforters, bench seats, and mini-patios but underneath it all, it's filthy. The carpets were stained and not clean (ask my white socks which... More

I stayed for one night in August. I had been driving all day and needed to stop. The hotel is of average quality. Just the basics--nothing else. There was a nice restaurant and gas station with a convenience store also on site.

On the road to California from Massachusetts we had heard of Little America in Wyoming. We headed there while crossing Southern Wyoming on route 80. The building was attractive and the room was inviting, clean and attractive with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a swimming pool and a small fitness center with many machines. There was a small... More
