Sticky carpets, filthy bathtub/shower, dirty comforter, smokey non-smoking rooms, loud lounge music (unexpected) and very unprofessional reservation system (no confirmation # or email) make this a really sketchy-looking establishment. Although the manager did her best to accommodate me after the stated offenses, it was too late. I heard that she is trying to get it back to good operating condition--bless... More

If you want to stay in a cliche' motel that fits Wyoming style and you're not expecting much, this place is awesome. Our AC didn't work, there were no screens on the windows, and anyone could pretty much break into your room because of the shoddy locks and door, but I felt safe and I was cool and the bed... More

Perhaps that is why I chose to stay here. The owner and staff were pleasant enough. I am traveling with a small dog. The décor was Interesting. Room colors too dark. Not enough light. There was no phone in my room. I never used the ac or heat. The door did not have any added locks, though I never felt... More

Me and my husband were going to stay here. Even checked into our room but after looking around the room checked out and got our money back. When we first tried to check in it took me 15 minutes to track down someone to even check us in. Then when we went to the room we were in the top... More

I called ahead for reservations, waited 20 minutes to be able to check in. The owner keyed into my room three times to "check on me". I had to call the police to get this guy to leave me alone. And i swear i heard him beating his wife for letting me in. Do yourself a favor and find a... More

I paid cash for two nights. The beds were nice and the television was great. The lights were very dim and there weren't enough, none by the beds. I went to take a shower and the faucet for the cold water just rotated around with out doing anything and the hot water wouldn't shut off completely. My husband called the... More

My husband, daughter and Boston Terrier dog checked in the place in March. The price seemed good, and the exterior appearance was cute. HOWEVER... Rate was $67. We got to the room, which had two queen sized beds, microwave and fridge. Nice 42 inch TV was a plus, BUT the sink drained into a bucket underneath that we had to... More

The Lodge is located on Lander's Main Street with easy walking distance to a great coffee shop called Old Towne Coffee and the town's micro-brewery called the Gannett Grill. There is a grocery store called Mr. D's across the street. The Lodge was recently remodeled and refurbished with new beds as well as a small fridge and microwave in each... More

We stayed one night, and we chose Frontier Lodge because of price. When we arrived, we had to hunt for someone to check us in. The room was small and the lighting was minimal. Instead of a table between the beds, there was only room for a dinette chair. This is an older motel and needs upgrading...and a thorough cleaning.... More

There are plenty of places to stay on the way to Yellowstone and prices are the highest this time of year. This place was the least expensive and it offered more than its' competion at the same price or more. Clean rooms with style, cont. breakfast and a great restraurant! The biggest and best breakfast we have had in a... More
