We've been staying here for over thirty years and it has always been consistent. Clean rooms for a good price (and now with non-smoking rooms). The Oxbow Restaurant is next door, you can get a discounted breakfast there with a stay at the Pronghorn (better than the continental breakfast at the Pronghorn, but, I really don't care for what motels... After getting a flat tire at Rock Creek Hollow and needing to p ut 4 new tires on our vehicle we were ready for a decent nights sleep and a comfortable room. We got it all. Lovely place to stay, large rooms with 2 queen sized beds. The room was clean and the setting by the river was a delight.... More

Affordable, clean, big comfortable room with a good location... I was pretty happy with it. Especially considering my motorcycle broke down right in front of it, so I didn't have much choice and could have done a lot worse! I'd stay again.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Indifferently cleaned rooms. Wifi signal so weak it might as well not exist. Really, it's a nice little town, burgers at the Gannett Grill are excellent. But this place will get no more business from me.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the check in easy. The women at the front desk were very pleasant. Breakfast was good, too. The room looked like it was recently updated. Definitely worth the price.

I echo the opinion of thunefeld, "Not My Cup of Tea". I don't have a problem with tatted young ladies, but her customer service to the couple in front of me was reprehensible. They had made an on-line reservation and that reservation included a room that would accommodate their dog. When they arrived, they were informed that no such room... More

please don't book this hotel. It is dingy, the rooms are not that clean, and the service is unbelievably rude. That includes the manager, who seems to never have heard about customer service. There are issues with room reservations, and I felt like they were laughing at me when I asked if they had a pet room available that following... More

We left a Popo Agie Wilderness horse packtrip a day early, b/c our wrangler was injured, and we were exhausted trying to serve as substitute wrangler. Even though our reservation for the next night was, by then, nonrefundable/noncancellable, the front desk kindly moved our prepaid reservation from Wed to Tues. (We are Choice Privileges members - maybe that helped.) Cleaning... More

When checking in I was greeted at the front desk by a punk rock tatted young lady with the worst attitude I have ever experienced checking into a hotel. Internet so slow that pages time out before they load. Had to use my phone data plan for access to the Internet. Rooms cheaply furnished. Inexpensive mattresses. Inexpensive linens. Fitness room... We stayed here one night on our way to Yellowstone. I have to admit I was nervous about the hotel because the room rates were low and you get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised; rooms were very clean and large. Would definitely recommend if passing through Lander.
