We booked a room here after a bad experience at a hotel in Thermopolis the night before on a spring break road trip with our 3 children. The rates at the Pronghorn were very good and we were so happy to have a nice, clean, big room! Wonderful place to stay! I wish all hotels were this nice and had... More

My house's sewer backed up and I had to vacate and find a motel to stay at in my small town. This Rodeway Inn was my choice because I'm a member of Choice Hotels. Because a friend stayed here a couple of times, I knew the rooms were VERY nice... but I was frustrated because I knew that I couldn't... More

I stayed here this past week for two nights is was very enjoyable, if you stay ask for room 54. The room is by the river as well as very quiet from everybody else. The people at the counter were very good when asked about places to eat and directions. I will be back and they have my business for... More

Not much to see in Lander, but it is a good base for the Wind River Range. The Pronghorn is excellent. Very large single room, modern, very comfortable bed and bedding, very good window-darkening shades. Large desk/table. I drove through town looking at restaurants, and the place on the Pronghorn premises looked like the best in town, and it was... More

We were on a road trip and didn't plan on staying the night in Lander so I didn't have time to research anywhere. We drove through town and I just had a good feeling about this place. Good thing we stopped here! The rooms were very large, very clean, and very comfortable. I was impressed and would make it a... More

I visit Lander, WY for business on a regular basis and usually stay at the Pronghorn Lodge. The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable and value is excellent. If you're looking for a good place to stay in the Lander area, I would highly recommend that you consider the Pronghorn.

Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Extremely comfortable beds. Loved the insulating, light blocking pull down window shades! I have never seen anything like them. The décor is that of a mountain lodge, with large log construction. I did not make it downstairs for breakfast, the beds were too comfortable to get out of! We stayed two nights and would... More

We've been staying here for over thirty years and it has always been consistent. Clean rooms for a good price (and now with non-smoking rooms). The Oxbow Restaurant is next door, you can get a discounted breakfast there with a stay at the Pronghorn (better than the continental breakfast at the Pronghorn, but, I really don't care for what motels... After getting a flat tire at Rock Creek Hollow and needing to p ut 4 new tires on our vehicle we were ready for a decent nights sleep and a comfortable room. We got it all. Lovely place to stay, large rooms with 2 queen sized beds. The room was clean and the setting by the river was a delight.... More

Affordable, clean, big comfortable room with a good location... I was pretty happy with it. Especially considering my motorcycle broke down right in front of it, so I didn't have much choice and could have done a lot worse! I'd stay again.
