We arrived in Jackson the day before the first snow storm of the season was predicted. We checked into the Best Western and paid for the first night with the option for a second night thinking we would ride out the storm in the comfort of the hotel. We ended up staying the second night after a day of light... more

We stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Hole for 3 nights in late September in one of their king suites. I have to say after reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous, however we were pleasantly surprised. It was fine, we had hot water, everyone was so nice, and rooms were fine, not a luxury hotel, but very nice.... more

Awesome views and a heated pool. The fold out couch wasn't so great. Reserve a suite. more

We first stayed at the Lodge about twelve years ago when it was new and it was outstanding at the time. That was the reason while we booked the Lodge for our stay. Unfortunately, not much, if anything has been done to the place. For example, the carpeting on the interior steps and landings of the Lodge is full of... more

We had trouble with TV remote and all the man that came to the room would say is it works. When I asked to try another remote after having trouble again he said can't do anything. The desk agent who he referred me to did nothing either--they ignored me like I was crazy. Hot tub inside pool area didn't work.... more

This was the first "real hotel" we stayed in after a week in Yellowstone National Park. Our young men LOVED the indoor/outdoor pool. We loved BOTH hot tubs, especially the outdoors one. The fake bears that peek out at you from unexpected places were really fun. The staff at the front desk was very helpful to us; recommended take out... more

Good things: Great hotel inside out and friendly staff so far. Breakfast provided. Clean room with nice view. Located nearby the city center-Albertson grocery, fuel depot, restaurant, etc and not too far from Grand Teton. Bad things: Parking is a bit difficult to find, especially during nighttime and buzzing AC from the outside. more

Way over priced for what you get, out dated tv's, inroom hot tubs spew black gunk, decor is outdated and expect no accountabilty from them about anything. If you want to be frustrated or treated like a second class citizen then stay here. Worst experience of 10 days on the road traveling across country! They have no idea what customer... more

The Lodge looked nice, was in our price range, and the breakfast was convenient. However after a long day of traveling, we looked forward to relaxing and watching a few tv shows before going to bed. The tv would only go to Channel 2. The worst problem came the next morning - No hot water! All the desk clerk would... more
