We are KOA members and wanted to spend some time in Jackson after leaving Yellowstone. After spending a month on the road with our trailer we felt compelled to write this review. Overall our stay was satisfactory but this was the most expensive and most crowded RV park of all except for the stay in Yellowstone which was also very... More

We stayed in a Kamper Kabin during a busy time. Yes the cabins (and RV and tent sites) are close together but oh well. When we arrived, the front staff was super friendly and informative. We got to the cabin and it was relatively clean and neat. We chatted with the people on both sides and they were very friendly.... More

We had a booking for Sept 16-18. The sites were cramped and somewhat noisy. We asked the next morning to move to another vacant site and were told that their policy would not allow any transfers!. After being treated rudely by the front office staff we finally decided to leave and found a wonderful RV Park right in Jackson Hole.... More

If customer service and friendly employees are at all important to you, do not stay here. myself, family and friends stayed here for a wedding last weekend and everyone in the office up to the manager were extremely rude to all the guests. it was arranged ahead of time to use the seating area in the office for the rehearsal... Stayed here for a wedding and watched the manager make the bride cry by verbally abusing her, attempted to provoke a fight with her father, and then call the sheriff on brides father because the father told him (the manager) he needed to stop talking. Overall the manager and his employees acted extremely childish and embarrassed themselves and the KOA... More

Stayed in Kabins, over priced and right in the driveway. You are responsible for the full length of stay even if you hate the place. They hold you and your money hostage at check-in. Gave 3 day notice but they charged $1714.00 even though we left 4 days early. KOA policy does not allow for disliking the place. Many Kabins... More

Although the Snake River KOA has some redeeming qualities, I wouldn't stay there again unless I absolutely had no other options. For starters, the prices are astronomical. $39/night to sleep in a tent is ridiculous, even if there are bathroom and laundry facilities available. The sites and "kabins" are all extremely close together - there is no privacy whatsoever. If... More

Yup, DON'T expect to check into a cabin before 3pm, not even 15 minutes before. It will NOT happen. DON'T expect to go wild and crazy here because there is always someone checking to make sure you abide by their long list of rules. This makes for a really quiet night, thank goodness! DO take advantage of the rafting trips... More

Our stay was for 4 nights at this facility. Upon arrival, you have to be escorted to your cabin, RV site or tent site to be shown how to park. The parking is very, very limited. Only one vehicle to each space or cabin. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our stay. The basic cabin was clean and... More

Most of the cabins are very close together, and many of the tent sites are crowded. But one campsite, #10, is amazing. It is between the snake river and a cool tributary and only has one neighboring site. If you can get this site, this place is great. But for $50/night, not much amenities, other than nice showers, laundry, games... More
