We stayed in a smaller cabin that overlooked the river. The cabin was clean and similar to other basic KOA cabins. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The restrooms were clean. Note that they are "family style" resembling a hotel room bathroom with the toilet, shower and sink in individual rooms. This can cause a wait for bathrooms... More

We were passing through and was gonna stay here. ALL booked up. To tent camp was $45 and cabins are over $100 per night. We ended up staying elsewhere. The camp ground we stayed at didnt have showers. Went back to the KOA and they dont let u pay for showers. I used some of the village's hot hot to... More

I would not recommend booking the tent site without power - it has a couple of sites cramped together without any parking space!!! We made a last minute booking, requesting a site close to the bathroom and arrived 8:10pm - not knowing that the office closed at 8pm!! Before this, we have been staying with KOAs in this trip and... We made reservations in April for 3 cabins for 4 couples. When we checked in "Joyce" charged us the same rate for the smaller cabin as the large one. The other smaller cabin campers paid the correct rate for their smaller cabin. "Joyce" refused to admit her $70 mistake and was NOT friendly. She's dismissed her mistake and was the... More

If you don't mind your neighbour's awning covering your unit or their sewer hookup beside your picnic table while you enjoy your food outside, then I guess it's not that bad. The price is robbery! Most expensive in the six states we visited. We had nice neighbours which made it tolerable, but I don't think you could possibly have sites... More

The office staff and management were completely inflexible when we had 3 individual reservations. We were told and then threatened we had to come back and move (the move ended up being 15 feet) after we were already 20 miles on the mountain. We were then told that we had made 2 reservations for the 3rd night (wi-fi is terrible)... More

The Kabins were exceptional. The flowers and trees within the camp were beautiful. Being able to listen to the Snake river flowing provided a peaceful atmosphere. Having the Hansen rafting outfit at the KOA was an extra benefit. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a great kitchenette made this KOA a perfect place to stay. A big thank you to... More

We stayed in the larger cabin. I have 3 small children: 3,6 and 9. They loved it. Cabins clean and had everything. I wish that I requested a cabin along the river for a better view. It is a little out of the way from Jackson. After traveling thru Yellowstone it seems even farther away. We headed to Mt Rushmore... More

My family and I love staying at KOA's while traveling. I would not come to this one again though, and I am shocked I'm saying that about a KOA grounds. Management on the phone was pleasant and nice, however, when booking our site, we needed a tent spot, we thought we were getting a gorgeous spot, I'm sure it was... More

Do you like your campgrounds expensive and crowded with a side of loud guests and rude, condescending management? Yes? Well, this KOA is the place for you! Upon check-in, the management failed to disclose the fact that a wedding would be taking place at the campground during our stay... Throughout the entire weekend, we were subjected to loud groups of... More
