I'm a fan of camping and this KOA is probably one of the most lovely I've ever seen. Situated right on the river, you can hear the water at night and the birds in the morning. The campsites are clean, well organized, and the bathrooms are fantastic. My situation was a bit different as I brought a group of 150... More

We came with a group of 150 people to camp and go rafting the next day. The camping accomodations were great. Such pretty spots to camp by the river and a wonderful area to spread out and have our smores and breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very easy and fun to work with. I definitely plan to go back... More

This KOA is south of Jackson WY and located on the Snake River. They offer rafting trips and could serve as a good base to explore the Grand Tetons and National Elk Refuge. During our stay, they were adding cabins and new plantings and re-roofing some of the old cabins - no doubt in anticipation of the summer season. However,... More

We had never stayed at a KOA before and still weren't sure when we called to get more info. Jackie was so nice on the phone and answered all of our questions so well that we booked the 2 bdrm cabin right then. From the minute we arrived it was great- staff is the best I've seen. I was a little hesitant to book this KOA based on some of the reviews by RV owners. I am glad we stayed though, our Kabin (#27) was awesome. Great location in the park, in the back with a river view. The Kabin was very clean and well equiped for our group (4 adults). The ladies in the office were... More

The prices for the beautifully situated and run Snake River KOA is a great deal before June 1. We stayed 2 nights and the service was beyond my expectations. Jackson is a great place to visit before the tourist season begins when prices are low for this great destination. We were located 13 miles south of town and it was... More

We stayed here 7/9-7/13/2012 for our first trip to Wyoming. Family of 4, so we rented a "Kabin" which had its own kitchen and bath, which was absolutely perfect! Had a separate bedroom for us and a loft for our 12 year old twins and included WIFI and had a TV. KOA was located close to everything, plus discounts offered... More

Mom/dad (40s), MIL (70s), and two kiddos (7 & 12) stayed here in July 2012. We had a really hard time finding someplace nice to stay that was affordable in the area. Even the basic hotels have outrageous rates because of the location. We like to have a little privacy from everyone else when traveling cross-country and this worked perfect.... More

We were greeted with hospitality and enthusiasm the minute we walked through the door. The staff was very helpful and personally took us to our cabin. The scenery is pristine and the sound of the running creek is very relaxing. The cabin was first rate and had all of the amenities we were looking for. We cooked hamburgers on the... More

We have stayed at many KOA's and have always had excellent service and quality campgrounds. This was the exception to that. First the staff was very unfriendly. The spaces are small and they have parking guides who they want to guide you into the space. Our guide was very rude and when my husband told him he couldn't turn the... More
