The staff and service in this hotel are top-notch. Personal, handwritten note in the room, fruit and water upon arrival. Turndown service. However, there were some details in the room that surprised me given the high ratings for this hotel. The tub had a chip out of it, the tile was a bit black in places, and the closet doors... More

Super friendly service at the front desk. Gave two stuffed animals bears to kids upon arrival. Hotel was beautiful, well maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. Cannot beat the location! Although our trip was great, I do think the hotel is more geared towards couples than families. The dining room is more formal than most family hotels, and even... More

Very comfortable and plush without being formal. Great location, great service. The restaurant was amazing and although somewhat formal, we had traveled extensively before our arrival and we were starving. No one blinked an eye at our informal attire. One of the best experiences ever. I would love to stay here again someday.

In driving past this large log cabin style building, you'd never guess that it's a luxury hotel. We stayed here four nights and were extremely happy with the room and the service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, there are plenty of towels, a good hair dryer and an iron. Best of all,... More

Stayed four nights at this wonderful hotel in early August. If you like a small, boutique hotel which provides excellent service, then you will not be disappointed at the Rusty Parrot Super soft bath towels, really comfortable beds, a view to die for and home made cookies every afternoon all add to making this a very special experience. It may... More

This past July we stayed at the Rusty Parrot and absolutely loved it! This small hotel was a perfect fit for us. It was quaint and the service was fantastic. We loved being a little removed from all the busy tourists but close enough to walk anywhere in Jackson Hole.

We made last minute reservations coming from Bozeman Mt on bikes. We rode 9 hours in the worst weather conditions arriving at 8:30 pm. They were waiting for us... Anxious to get us inside, unloaded, dried and in our room ... Extremely accommodating .. Ordered room service late... Checking out the next day they allowed us to leave our bikes... More

This is a wonderful small hotel affording many luxuries at a fair price. When we decided to stop at Jackson Hole on our trek to Seattle, we first thought of the Four Seasons which is a regular spot for us. We found the price and the location of the Four Seasons to be unacceptable. Rusty Parrot Lodge is a fantastic... More

This is a very nice boutique hotel. Since this hotel is not an inexpensive experience, the room should be commensurate with the price. Our room was nice though the carpet was a little shabby with stains. Clearly, the carpet quality was good but it's overdue for its cleaning. We had a room with a double sided fireplace but no balcony.... More

This hotel is a member of the small luxury hotels of the world. Its great for older people with money. The rooms are good and comfortable ... unfortunately we were assigned a room at the cellar level of the hotel which gave you a feeling of being ... well in a cellar. We paid 440 |USD for a double and... More
