The Rusty Parrot is on a quiet street but a few minutes walk to the town center. Our room is very comfortable - great mattress and pillows and a spacious bathroom. Hannah at the front desk has been extremely helpful and pleasant regarding all of our questions about places to visit in the area. There is a fire pit and... More

My family had the privilege to stay overnight at the Rusty Parrot. Our room was so beautiful and so clean. Lush towels, robes and soap that smelled so good even my children commented on it, enhanced our stay. We had a welcome note and fruit waiting for us as well as a parting gift upon check out. It is expensive,... More

This is a lovely small hotel about two blocks from the town square. Easy walking distance to shops, galleries and restaurants. The hotel staff is very gracious. We received a phone call about six weeks from one of the Concierges before our visit asking if they could make any reservations for us or arrange anything special that we wanted. The... More

We stayed at the Rusty Parrot the night before we got married and on our wedding night. I waited a while to write this review since we had a few pending issues with charges on our bill but it seems as though we have dropped off of their radar and will not receive adequate follow-up. We booked a King Room... More

Great staff, very attentive. Very clean and comfortable room. Great location. Two blocks from central Jackson Hole, but adjacent to a great park. Great food. Dinner was excellent. Loved the stay, and would highly recommend.

After roughing it a few days in Yellowstone, we wanted luxury accommodations in Jackson. The Rusty Parrot more than fit the bill! We opted for the king room with a jacuzzi & fireplace. Beautifully decorated, excellent service and concierge. Secluded, quiet location yet walking distance from downtown. There are libraries and dens with coffee where you can relax or read.... More

From a two-week tour of the mid-west, this property offered the best accommodations and dinner / breakfast. The hotel is well located, only a couple blocks from downtown Jackson, away from busy streets. Service is impeccable and amenities first class, including l'Occitane products. There are spa services available, which we did not try. Parking in a courtyard giver quick access... More

The location of the RP makes it the hotel of choice. The inn is small and a few short blocks off the main square, so it's quiet but very accessible to Jackson's restaurants and stores. Our room was on the third floor in the rear with a double sided fire place. The decor could stand a refresh, but it was... More

Thanks for the feedback. So sorry we ran out of cookies during your stay, we've officially changed the program to make more cookies and replenish them more often so this doesn't happen again. More

The Rusty Parrot was perfect in every sense of the word. Friendly desk staff, lovely, rustic charming rooms, perfectly decorated with super comfy beds! Intimate feel as it's not a huge place by any means. We stayed two nights and wish it would have been twice as long! I'll write a sperate review, but wanted to mention how great Wild... More

Jackson is a designer Wild West town and the Rusty Parrot offers stylish, genteel and comfortable lodgings from which to discover your inner cowboy or explore the region’s rural charms and spectacular alpine vistas. This is a well-appointed, well-managed and tastefully decorated boutique hotel that met our expectations and satisfied the value-for-money equation. What’s good: well located just a couple... More
