Mixed feelings about the hotel Lets start with the plus Good location close to shops &restaurants great service and friendly personel really pro Breakfast buffet really nice Bathroom fantastic and well appointed Minus If you choose cabins, beware of the size and location as some are just placed by the parking lot,so all the nice pics of greenery and mountain become... My husband and I have spent many vacations at this hotel in the winter for the purpose of skiing at the Jackson Hole resort, although this resort is on the edge of town it is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping the staff is always very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, I highly recommend a stay here!!

Hotel is well located just at the entrance of Jackson Hole. Personnel is rude and makes checking in and out a pain: arrogant "bodyguard style" with earplugs...you can't believe your eyes ! No hello, no thank you, no smile, nothing !!! Inside design of the bungalow is really great with spacious rooms and a real local style. Breakfast room is... More

We were lucky to get a creekside cabin on a busy weekend here. I don't think the hotel's other accommodations would be nearly so delightful. The cabins are packed in, but the creekside ones have great light, nice furnishings, plush baths and porches overlooking fast-flowing Flat Creek and the spacious landscaped hotel grounds across a nearby bridge. Flaws: Painfully slow... More

You won't be disapointed if you stay here - Especially if you need to be close to the airport. We loved our log cabn suite. Very comfortable beds - our suite was situated along side a relaxing river. We had dinner and the food was exceptional. we brought our own wine - and they didn't even charge us a corking... More

We stayed one night as part of a bus tour. We loved the room. It was bigger than your average motel/hotel room so there was room to move around. Beds were super comfy. We were close to the creek which was absolutely beautiful and the gardens were beautifully designed. Laundry facilities were close by and everything needed to do a... More

The room is clean and nice. The furniture looks good. The bathroom is clean and modern. The breakfast is really nice too. Things I don't like: the room basic has no views at all- we stayed super Queen room, feels like in the basement. The breakfast is always crowded, you have to wait a while to have seat, if you... The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Check-in staff was not overly friendly. We had a creekside "fireplace" double bed room. It was nice to hear the creek from the room, but the room was just average. Bed was comfortable, but there were a few stains on the floor and the fireplace didn't work. We requested the fireplace to be fixed... More

We booked a Superior Double Queen Guestroom with Fireplace which locates next to a creek for one night and a similar room without water view for another night late July 2014. The first room costed high $400 while the second room costed low $400. The good things about the rooms and the hotel are: 1) The creek view from the... More
