Came to town on a whim with no reservations made for lodging. Drove past the Jackson Hole Lodge and thought it looked like it would be nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and gave me a room right by the front door. Room was clean and no offensive smells (ie: smoking etc). The decor was rustic like... More

Our week in Jackson was made perfect with this hotel. We did not find anything negative. Yes there is some construction but it did not disturb us in any way. The 2 bedroom condo we had was very clean and comfortable, the service fantastic and the people were some of the most accommodating we have ever had. The location is... More

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with all the amenities that you would need on a vacation. Staff was extremely friendly and attentative. Wifi was a little weak in some areas of the property Looks like they are putting in a new pool which should be awesome and their lobby has been recently redone and looks amazing. Will definitely... Overpriced, rundown, bad service, disgusting beds, outdated furniture, bad maintenance, the pool area stunk so badly of chlorine I about choked. Never ever go to this place. I don't know how it even stays in business. It should really be inspected because their stair railings are very wobbly.

We stayed for one night. The property is only a few blocks from downtown. The hotel is a bit dated and with a western decor but clean. The bathroom was small and the sink was outside the bathroom. No breakfast available. Free wifi

Thank you for taking the time to write. Our location is second to none. No need to pile into the car when downtown is few short blocks away. On your next visit you will notice road and sidewalk improvements on Broadway Ave. making the walking experience even more enjoyable. More

This place was adequate but had a run-down retro feel about it. Doesn't look nearly as good as in the photos. Breakfast is neither included or available on-site. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Surprise! Where the pool building had been, there was just an enormous hole in the ground. They told us that... More

Thank you for your comments. In retrospect we should have been more proactive in communicating the status of our pool facility. It negatively impacted your stay and for that I apologize. The decision to rebuild was made just prior to demolition and obviously we did not cover all of our bases. I appreciate you taking the time to review your... More

This hotel is a dive. False advertising on the website, DO NOT believe the photos. Lobby and a couple of suits are the only remodeling this dump has seen since the 70's. Paper thin walls, rotting wood, black mold in the bathroom and incredibly small rooms. Management here is rude and misleading. Booked a month ago for a soccer tournament... More

Thank you for sharing your comments on Trip Advisor. Our organization is small with management interacting with guests daily. Had you communicated your concerns during your stay, I assure you we would have done everything possible to address them. On a side note I hope your team did well. We host many sports teams over the year and it's always... More

Based on the photos and the descriptions on the web site, I thought this hotel would be rather good. But, alas, I was awefully dissappointed.... My hotel room was small, with no wardrobe ( so there was no where to hang my clothes!), no mini fridge, and a tiny bathroom with a rattling air fan. The walls were paper thin... More

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Jackson Hole Lodge. Our location on Broadway is at times noisey, however many of our rooms are located well off the main road and are actually very quite. The main lodge dating to 1941 houses several of our smaller rooms that we typically hold for those arriving without... More

They have parking for only 90% of the rooms. If you arrive after 5pm, good luck finding a space. Rooms were right up to date in 1955. Maybe. Mattresses must have been original from when the lodge new. Both were worn out, with a deep sag in the middle you couldn't crawl out of. Outside stairwells were unlighted. Swimming pool... More

We agree with you and shortly after your departure we demolished the pool and started construction on a new zero edge infinity pool. Some of the old western charm has tarnished over the years, however we are constantly reevaluating all areas of the property and operations in an effort to provide an exceptional guest experience. Please give us another try... More
