Prefer hot breakfast or fruit to Continental so don't consider that a drawback. Surprised to find room facing freeway so quiet. Needed to use AC to cool the room in 55 degree weather. Friendly desk clerks. Clean rooms.

Fantastic staff. I got the door card too close to my cell phone and lost its signal. The desk person re-keyed it without a word - just a smile. Room was okay. Not super clean, towels grey-ish. Tub did not drain properly. Noisy and caused my dog to bark.... we have since trained her to wake us without the vocalization.

My husband and I stayed for several weeks and never a problem. Cassie is simply amazing!! She and staff were informative, very cordial, customer service was fantastic. We will be back. Way to go Cassie, keep up the good work, and don't work so hard.
