We were on our way to Rapid City and chose to stop in Gillette for a quick overnight stay. We were surprised at how expensive the hotels were in this town. I called a couple of hotels and finally found this one that gave is a teacher's discount which made the price slightly over $100. Rooms were clean snd large.... More

My wife and I stayed here on a two week cross country mortorcycle trip. $152 for an out-dated and sparse room. You could feel the tops of the springs in the mattress. Old TV that was full of static. The decor had not been changed or updated from the 60's or 70's by its appearance. The ice machine had been... More

Stayed here one night as part of our tour. The place was very basic. Staff was decent and helpful enough. We had a room for 4 persons, and were given two queen beds. The size was good enough. There was a mushy smell when we entered the room and you could see that the place is a little dated. However... More

Very pleased with the room. It was clean but more important it was quiet. We were only passing thru and needed a room for the night. What more need I say. This stupid website REQUIRES a minimum of 200 characters before you can submit a review. $%!#@$&*^#)^!

The hotel was smelly, old, dated and gross. The garbage was left over from previous guests. Floor was filthy. Carpets smelled musty and old. It was $129. Way way way overpriced. Disgusting. Slept with lights on. Which in actuality. Didn't even sleep. Mattresses yellow. Sheets old and dirty. Towels were rough and not even close to white. Take your chances... More

I stay quite a bit throughout the west coast for my job and this hotel is very favorable. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Yes it does not have the amenities of a 5 star hotel but if you need a quiet place to sleep as well as secure place for car you need to stay here!!!!... More

Hotel is very old and not worth the price I paid for my stay. The TV was old and did not have a very good signal on several of the channels. The carpet was worn and the bed was old and worn as were the sheets. I was not impressed in the least bit with my room.
