I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and while I was sitting, I thought I had heard my parents, either one of them, get up to use it. The knob moved as if someone tried opening the restroom door. I wiped, and flushed went out and they were both asleep. I went to bed... More

"You get what you pay for", applies here. The first 2 times we called, at different times of the day, we were assisted by Anna, who was rude and informed us that there would be plenty of rooms, no need to make a reservation. When I called back the next day and spoke to the manager, she took my reservation... More

I stayed here for a week because of work. We switched rooms like 7 times because the A/C didn't work. The room was really hot. Our shower didn't work in one. Luckily my buddy let me shower in their room. We only got a 10 dollar discount for that night too. Manager is never there. We got blamed for breaking... More

We stayed here 6/29 and 6/28, 2014. Called the hotel direct a few days earlier to book the room. The man I spoke with was very nice and helpful. When we arrived check in was fast and easy. I did not have time to read the reviews until after I booked the room so I was concerned. I had stayed... More

This hotel is really dirty, blood on wall, carpets stained. Staff pretty nice. Not a good continental breakfast. You get a small box of cereal an poor your milk from a gallon jug. Stay here only if you are snowed in, or if all the other hotels are booked. College National Finals Rodeo week so the other hotels jacked their... More

We always stay in the Shilo Inn in Idaho Falls and LOVE IT! When I saw that there was one located along the route that I was traveling I decided to give it a try. Thank goodness it was inexpensive because I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The keys for your rooms are actual metal keys....... More

I really felt ripped off. The charge for 1 person was $103.00. Had I not been pulling a 30 ft. horse trailer, I would have tried to find something better, at least worth the money. The ONLY upside to this motel is they had a large truck lot in back. Unfortunately, the entire driveway as well as the lot is... More

I booked my this room for my family for state tournament. I received a call stating that it was the scariest hotel they had ever stayed in. Thin walls, heard a party most of the night, hair was all over the sheets, almost like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Breakfast was a joke. I went off this hotel because... More

I've stayed at other Shilo Inns, so I was expecting basic rooms, basic breakfast, and a pool for my kids to play in. Unfortunately, when we checked in the night clerk informed us that the pool was being repaired and all of the other amenities (hot tub, sauna, and steam room) were out-of-commission as well. It was late, and we'd... More

The brochure says "Affordable Excellence". Affordable, yes. Excellence, not so much. Property is older with really dingy carpeting and paint schemes in the hallway. It even has metal keys for room entry. Lots of rooms but the "continental breakfast" area only has four tables in the lobby. As with every place I have stayed in Wyoming, there is no protein... More
