This is a very large KOA. We tent camped and found the staff very helpful. The tent camp sites are not very private located next to the driveway but the grass was plush. The bathrooms very clean! They have you burn your campfire in a portable fire pit they bring to your site when you buy wood.

Stopped here passing through. Nice campground. Clean bathrooms and grounds. Sites are gravel with picnic table. Cable is extra. The only bad thing I can say is that there are a lot of oil workers living here and they don't think the campground rules apply to them. they drive fast through the campground and thier dogs run loose. We stayed... More

We stopped here for an overnight on our way to Yellowstone. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The campground is clean, the kids had plenty to do, and there was breakfast in the morning! If you're ever in Douglas or passing through, I highly recommend staying at this campground.

We stayed here as a stop over on our way to Thermopolis. The sites are level and a decent size, each with a cute wooden container for trash labeled "Trail Scraps." Most of the sites have a small patch of grass. The bathroom/shower areas were spotless. And the showers had plenty of hot water! They have a nice dog park... More

Nice place for the Douglas area. We stayed one night while traveling through. Very friendly staff, good level site and little or no shade. They charge an extra $2 for cable, but we didn't get it. There are a few antenna channels. We stopped to rest and not watch tv but really cable should be included in the price. I... More

Never go back the office stuff was rude. They don't like the younger adults. Stayed there a month for work. They let people remodel there campers. Don't do anything about barking dogs and the sewer small is overbearing on nice nights you want to sit outside an injoy yourself you cant. The bugs are bad there cause of the horses... More

We stopped here to camp for the night on our way west after passing through a snowstorm in Cheyenne to get here. The host was very welcoming, and the campground is in really good shape. Gravel pull-through sites, nice and clean, everything works as expected. Bathrooms and showers were particularly nice. The jackalope and miniature golf course looked like fun,... More

Stopped here after driving all day from UT. Pool was closed and out of season though would have been warm enough for this MN resident to enjoy. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable! Kids still had plenty to do to keep busy until night. We tented and the site are well maintained. Only thing that was bad was you... More

Stay where the jackalope legend was started. We had fun during our short stay here. My youngest son was told about the "jackalope" by a staff member at the KOA and man did his eyes light up! He was so intrigued that he bought a toy stuffed jackalope at the store. Who am I to tell him its not a... More

This is a great koa. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great for kids with miniature golf, pool and a playground. Quiet at night. Nice spots with nice picnic tables. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. I would stay again if I was in this area.
