There are very few places in the area to stay. Some are dirty and extremely dated. This place looks recently remodeled. It's clean, bug free and not too expensive. I will definitely stay here again. 😊

We wanted to dig for fossils at Kemmerer and had to spend a night at Energy Inn as Best Western was booked for the night we needed it. Yes, it looks like Bates Motel and was definitely worst hotel we stayed at during our 31 days road trip, but the room was clean and we did not see (or bring... More

I'll cut to the chase here: my room wreaked of fecal matter. Not something similar, actual fecal matter. I am also suspicious of any motel/hotel where the clerk is willing to haggle with you over the rate. This isn't Mexico. I'd sooner sleep in my car, under a ridge, or in a cow pasture before I'd even consider staying in... More

We stayed here since they advertised weekly rates and kitchens. Kitchen was filthy, fridge and freezer were dirty. We could tell what the last people here had cooked as it was stuck to the walls and on the floor. The bathroom was dirty too, dirty toilet and sink. If you can stay anywhere else, do so. They are several other... More
