Quant, rustic atmosphere. Friendly owners, last of the little mom and pop businesses. My wife loved the hand made denim quilts for comforters. Unlike most big name motels with no atmosphere. This place almost felt like home.

Quaint and Homey! Don't be put off by the outside, it raises questions, but the welcome from the owners is great. The compact but more than adequate, the first cool night of our trip but heating worked well. If your passing or even if it means going out of your way a little give it a go.

We stayed in the one across the street and it was terrible. We didn't expect anything better but we were surprised. We cooked on their grill and had a good time. It is rather old but it was comfortable and most of all clean. Very nice people run the place, maybe they are the owners. The price was certainly right.... More

This was my 2nd stay at this little oasis. My yellow lab was welcomed and I was given the same room as before. It is a clean, comfortable place to lay my head and regain my center. I was there two nights. I did not want to be bothered or disturbed. My request was honored. Quiet, friendly and so inviting.... More

Beds were covered with denim sheets, pictures framed with rope and oil hands sitting outside smoking with then hunters. Was here on business and had to stay for about a week. The people who own this place are very pleasant and helpful but when you own the "best" hotel in town, its hard to make it better. No wireless internet... More

We picked this place on the way Yellowstone as kind of a half-way mark. It was dinner time and we were tired... just lucked out finding this treasure. They had a TeePee set up, and was decorated with love inside and out. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, really reasonable and I slept like a baby.

The motel looks in need of a makeover, but the room itself was fine, although the walls were a bit thin. A long drive to a decent restaurant however, and the blind fell down when we tried to close it. It was also dusty outside as they were levelling the parking area. But not a bad night's stopover

The "room" was more like an apartment with all the necessities for a comfortable stay whether overnight or a few nights. It even had dishes/stovetop for convince! We were welcomed by the staff whome had kindly stayed up late for our reserved arrival. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that now my boyfriend wants me to make him... More

We stayed at the Hideout Motel on our way from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone. It is a no frill place, but we found it to be more than adequate for our needs as a place to stop and rest. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are quite spacious which was great with a family of 5... More

The rooms are clean and look nice. The location is good for those who want to be in a place that is out in nature. The rate was superb. the thing that you get here is that the family that own this is very nice and takes good care of their guests.
