Room was very clean. Booked last minute, just driving by. Family was very welcoming and great help in orientation to the area. Only concern was the room smelled like a wet dog......Overall, happy with the stay, especially the price for that area.

We had reserved a room in Cody on July 19th for a one night stay on our way to Yellowstone. I could tell by the cleanliness of the lot, flowers and location that this was a gem. Clean and affordable, our room included a refrigerator, microwave, free Wifi, and a new TV. We will absolutely stay here again and surely... More

We hadn't booked a room in Cody previous to arriving. After checking out a few other dodgy looking motels we spotted this one. We cod tell by the cleanliness of the lot, flowers and clean windows that we would not be sorry. We certainly weren't! Clean and affordable we will stay here again and surely recommend it to anyone headed... More

Clean and comfortable accommodations though dated. Reasonable prices for room. Good wifi connectivity. Decent, safe place to stay for one night while passing through Cody. The owner was friendly though was a bit hard to get in contact with to make the reservation.

We stayed last weekend for our third year in a row while traveling with my son's baseball team, and once again the hospitality of the owners was awesome. I'm sure we are not the easiest group to put up with, but Fran and Ken always are glad to see us and are ready to help us with whatever we need.... More

We landed in town with no reservation and all our regular choices were all sold out. We stopped at a couple of smaller motels and they were sold out but we were referred to Carter Mtn. We got a room we wanted, 2 beds, no smoking , and internet available. Everything was clean and neat including a full little kitchen... More

This is what they advertised on their sign, and it was all true. Friendly staff, possibly the owners greeted me and I am impressed with the amount of amenities this small room had. Possibly one of the best mattresses that I have ever slept on in an under $75 room. (Keep in mind it was off season for the area).... More

I was passing through on business... Got snowed in... but that's okay! This place is great! Clean room... No nasty 'continental breakfast' here... Who can eat that stuff anyway? Go to Granny's or the Irma. My guess is that they sell out in the summer! Fran and Peek a Boo were a welcome site!

Great little mom and pop hotel in Cody. Rooms are small but clean. New carpet. Newer bedspreads Fresh paint. Save money on a room and enjoy dinner at the Rib and Chop House downtown. Super Yummy as well.

A strange title for sure, but it is the name of the incredibly friendly cockatoo that inhabits the lobby. I have never handled birds and after some trepidation and guidance from Fran, the owner, I enjoyed handling this marvelous bird that just loves people. I have stayed here twice and would not stay anywhere else. I stay in the same... More
