We literally got no sleep here. Went down two times & called two times to let them know how noisy the room above us was & nothing was done. They didn't even offer to move us. When we checked out I told the lady (Kristin) who is the assistance manager about our experience & she didn't even apologize. To make... More

Kings Inn C, General Manager at Kings Inn Cody Hotel, responded to this review

I reviewed security camera footage of the night auditor responding professionally and appropriately every time this guest brought the issue to his attention. I also noted on the footage of the following morning that the assistant manager was very polite and professional in handling the complaints. The assistant manager informed this guest that we would review the security footage to... More

Room was quiet, spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fine. Service friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay. Recommend as good value in an expensive place such as Cody.

Cody was our stopping off place on our way to Yellowstone from Wall, SD. We had no problem finding the hotel, right on the main road through Cody, and the receptionist was very pleasant. The room was modern and clean, air-conditioned and with all the extras you need (refrigerator, hairdryer, etc.). A buffet breakfast was served in a separate room... More

The staff was very friendly at the check in. The rooms are clean and spacious. You can park in front of the Hotel. Downtown cody is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was ok, but you get more items e.g. bacon at other Hotels.

I was very lucky to find a room opened at this hotel. The people at check in were so helpful and explained everything in good detail. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, it was very well laid out and had a nice coffee service. The free breakfast was wonderful, many choices.

This is a quiet, clean, comfortable, caring hotel. The animals in the lobby add a nice touch. This isn't your boring, plastic hotel chain. The staff was top notch. Very secure, and well light parking lot. Breakfast was ok.

The main lobby was full of taxidermied animals (apparently legally shot by the hotel owner), including lions and a rhinoceros (which is listed among endangered species) Our kids found the scene quite disturbing…..We would not choose this hotel had we known about this obscenity. I am not a vegetarianism and have no objection against meat consumption but I hardly think... More

First I liked the safari theme of the lobby. My wife hated it, but my teenage-ish kids loved it. There is no elevator, and the hallways are in a eye wrenching stripe pattern. The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was on the small side. The breakfast was abysmal. The only hit item was biscuits and gravy. Permade waffles were... More

We stayed bc the reviews were good, I was surprised that it was sooooo old. Very outdated, BUT the staff was very friendly, the animals were cool for my kids, there in NO Hot Tub but a Luke warm pool, we thought there was a hot tube. The room & hole place smelled, finally figured out it was stale smoke... More

This was our only real option after a long day at Yellowstone during a cross country road trip. We were a little skeptical given the reviews but it wasn't a bad experience. The staff was mostly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have to ask for a mini fridge or iron - they were already there. It... More
