My wife and I were on a two week cross country motorcycle trip and stayed here on the way to Canada. It isn't the first time we have stayed here but will be the last. The tent sites have no shade and are out in the open next to an adjacent horse corral. The quoted price is misleading at best.... More

Best KOA! My family has stayed at our share of KOA camp grounds. We usually stay in the deluxe cabins that sleep six with private bathrooms and kitchens. They are usually cheaper than staying in a hotel where we need to rent two rooms for our family size. This KOA has an awesome kiddie pool, a nice hot tub and... More

There were lots of kids, great play areas, Especially the jump pillow and pool. The restrooms were Very clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly. Our campsite had a concrete patio, with table & chairs, fire pit and small privacy fence.

I was in town for the Cody Stampede during rodeo week and stayed in a cabin. It was similar to others I've stayed in. This KOA was very dusty, not very attractive. However, they did serve complimentary pancakes made on an outdoor griddle in the morning. At $70.00 for the night, it was expensive, but then even the lousy budget... More

Hi. Our friends invited us to go to Yellowstone in their toyhauler. I have never heard of Koa. We stayed in Cody, Wy Koa. It was ran by Jean, and we met her husband & children that helped out too. This place was "AMAZING", clean, friendly & informative staff. The best gift shop with resonable prices. Free breakfast "Everyday". Heated... More

The cabin was nice. The kids loved the play area. Especially the bouncy pillow. I liked having our own yard in front of cabin where kids could play . It is a little out of way to Yellowstone. Convenient location if heading to Mt Rushmore. Pancake breakfast was nice.

We rented a cabin. Ours (#14) was close to laundry, bathrooms, and pavilion. All you can eat pancakes for free starting at 7. Staff was very friendly, pool area very large with kiddie pool, heated regular pool, and a hot tub.

First of all let us keep things in perspective, the negative reviews are unjust and unfair for the most part,. its a camping trip, if you think you should find 5 diamond service and amenities in a campground, think again, That said, you can always camp in a national forest for $15 a night and have ZERO amenities other than... This is a pretty typical KOA with all the necessary parts but we only needed hookups and a quiet night which we got. Best wi-fi reception in a campground recently. Season almost over so there was only a few other campers which made it a quiet night.
