Our family of 4 spent 3 nights here while visiting Yellowstone. First of all I don't understand why some people are giving this place a bad review. I say wake up and enjoy some quality time with your family at a summer camp style place that has historical significance. We stayed in a hillside cabin #12 with 2 queen beds.... More

Stayed here one night as it is close to the east Yellowstone entrance. Staff seemed jumbled at check-in due to computer issues so it took an exceedingly long time. Room was a small A-frame cabin divided into a duplex. The walls were very thin and we could here the conversation through the walls. The room was clean but outdated. It... More

The staff and Expedia booked us in a tiny, tiny room expecting my children to sleep in the floor after a 17 hour road trip, for 7 days. I appealed to the staff numerous times to change our room or allow us to cancel with out penalty as this was not our doing. Mandy, the manager is not aware of... More

We have stay here before and came back as we knew it was awesome. We stayed in cabin #10 faces the river and mountain. Every evening we sat on our porch and saw buffalo deer moose and grizzly bears. That made the whole stay worth while and will surely be back. The room as surely for slumber as they have... More

Decided to stay at the Pahaska Tepee Resort since it was closest to the East entrance to the park and we were coming from Mount Rushmore. The property is beautiful and the cabins are rustic but well maintained. We stayed in one of the King bed cabins and were very satisfied. The bed was very comfortable and the room was... More

The staff there is not very well trained from what I saw and my wife was very unhappy about the trash not being picked up and no clean towels. We had to complain to the manager and mentioned wanting to leave early. The restaurant was good and served good breakfast. Nice seeing bison freely walking on the camp grounds. It... More

This was a bare bones cabin. There wasn't even a tv in the room. We arrived late and had to check in at the on site bar, which was ok, but I think the bartender that checked us in was "feeling good" from drinking. The cabin served its purpose and gave us a bed to sleep in and a hot... More

The site of Buffalo Bill's original lodge, the Pahaska Tepee Resort is going strong over a century after Bill camped here. Cozy accommodations coupled with well-prepared 'western style' food makes this a must-see and stop either coming from or going to Yellowstone. The Resort is a mere two miles from the Park's east entrance and therefore is an excellent alternative... More

Set in nature with nice views and Bison wandering through the property, just 2 miles from the East Gate to the park, this was a great nest for a few nights. Be aware that it is bare necessity lodging, so bring your own hair dryer, etc. housekeeping was sparse, but available. Staff was friendly and accommodating, food was excellent. The... More

I spent two nights there this spring. The location is great, just minutes away from the east entrance, this is the reason we chose this hotel. There's only one restaurant onsite, and we enjoyed our breakfast there. Staffs are nice. The only big problem we had was we found two mouse droppings on the bed!! We didn't notice that till... More
