Yellowstone is great but it also can be very expensive to find housing. We booked a standard room at Pahaska Teepee for 2 nights. We had a late check in and went at the restaurant lounge to get our keys (I believe John was the one who helped up). It is was an authentic cabana very modest but very nice,... More

If you are looking for a convenient and clean cabin accommodation with comfort amenities, Pahaska is for you. No wifi/TV access is refreshing; however, I was able to send out a few work emails from the bar wifi. Travelling to Pahaska from the park is a scenic drive not far from Yellowstone Lake. As this was a more introductory trip... More

Yes, the walls are paper thin and the furniture is old. Wi-Fi only available in the bar. But have fun with it. The staff is super friendly and the food at the lodge is great. It's summer camp all over again.

we had stayed here mid September. I was a bit cautious after reading some negative reviews but I took a chance at booking a cabin anyway. Were the cabins noisy? Yes, but we were expecting that. We really didn't spend too much time in the cabin anyway other than for sleeping. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are clean. We... More

The store and surroundings are quite nice. The small duplex cabin was not in great shape outside (crumbling cement, wood) but it was in great shape inside, and quite clean. The window screen was broken, which you need to use since there is no AC, but other than that, it was small but nice. By small I mean SMALL, but... More

A great base for a trip to Yellowstone - really well located for the park and we also drove to Cody one day through the Wapiti Valley which is also on your doorstep. We stayed in a cabin which was comfortable but not luxurious. It's a fun place to stay though and has atmosphere and good food too.

We stayed in a cabin at Pahaska Tepee. The location is just beautiful and our cabin was nicely furnished with old wooden furniture. Being amongst the trees it was quite cool and dark - maybe a good thing, maybe not. We wanted somewhere away from it all so were happy with no TV or phone reception (there was wifi but... More

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone. Quaint, no real amenities, but we were just looking for a place to sleep. No hairdryer, ice, coffeemaker. Limited wifi reception. Proximity to Yellowstone was the reason we chose it. The bison blocking traffic just down the road was an added bonus. Meal was okay. We had the portabello mushroom burger. If... More

Located just a couple miles from the east entrance of Yellowstone, Pahaska Teepee Resort was a great value. The room was clean and well maintained for an older resort. Open the windows and breath in the mountain air. No TV, or wifi available in our cabin, but that was fine. We sat outside our cabin door which faced a stream... More

We stayed at Pahaska about 8 years ago in the middle of a snow storm. We cozied up in one of the smaller a-frame cabins and it was quite an experience. We wanted to come back on this Ystone trip. We stayed in a king walled up to another room in the same cabin. My biggest complain it that there... More
