Thank God, we only stayed for one night at Buffalo Bill's historic Irma Hotel at Cody, Wyoming. Unfortunately we got a room with a view onto a brick-lined wall at arm's lenght and adjacent to the restaurant kitchen. The drive from the East gate of Yellow Stone National Park to Cody is very senic. Make sure to do the drive during the day time to take advantage of the beautiful landscape. The Irma is a flash back in time, but the breakfast buffet is the best you can find in Cody.
