Is it fair that I review this establishment seeing as I didn't stay here? I think it IS fair because unless I wanted to pay for two rooms, we couldn't stay in the same room as a family. On our way to Colorado, we stopped in at the Holiday Inn Express to reserve a room for a later date for... More

Thank you for your recent feedback of your visit to our hotel in Cheyenne,Wyoming. I do apologize if any of our staff came across as rude to you. That was not the intention. At the time of your visit, we were full to the point of being overbooked, and I am afraid it wasn't communicated well (or properly, for that... More

This is a very nice place. It appears to be newly remodeled and gorgeous. We were only there for a short time but the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. This area of town is close to the railroad tracks but so is every other lodging facility in Cheyenne so you do hear train horns at early hours.... More

*ample parking *clean spacious room *fridge with ice box, coffee maker, microwave *breakfast_a vast choice available including hot food. Very clean, constantly replenished and well presented Would highly recommend but be prepared for train whistles through the night! Don't think ear plugs would even have helped!

The customer service was fantastic. We checked in very late and the clerk was at the desk! He was very friendly. Our room was clean, breakfast had a variety, and the parking lot was well lit. Didn't bother me, but some may be bothered by the trains that run at night. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in... More

We have yet to be disappointed by this chain of hotels. Were traveling south and it was HOT. When we got to our room the temperature was a very comfortable 74 degrees. Some hotels have it too cold so this was a relief. Did not hear the trains, out room was on the side away from the tracks.

The hotel was very nice. Had a great room and staff was generally friendly. It has a standard hotel breakfast that we took advantage of in the morning. Has 2 elevators right in the center of the hotel to aid with baggage. Did hear some trains running overnight as there's a big train yard about a half mile away. My... More

The hotel was decent, only real complaint being that the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 7:30 am when we were still sleeping. Stayed during Cheyenne frontier days so got raped for 279 a night. Amusingly, more expensive than the night I spent in a suite at the Intercontinental Singapore the previous week! Just your average hotel, clean, quiet,... More

The hotel is lovely and the staff is professional, but Cheyenne is a hard location to get away from the trains, no matter what hotel you are in. We were hoping that the trains would quiet in the evening when we were trying to put our son to bed, but they ran through out the night, unfortunately. Next time we... More

The hotel was nice and quiet. Conveniently located right off interstate with an Outback and diner within walking distance. Staff was nice and I just appreciate quiet places with no surprises. I did use the fitness center, the usually set up with some treadmills but I like that they (and most HIE) have the free weights also. Breakfast was good.... More

First off this hotel of OVER PRICED for what you get. My daughter and I arrived a few days after Cheyenne Frontier Days had ended to visit, register and to do the school orientation at the local college, Laramie County Community College or what the locals call L3, which by the way is extremely friendly. The person behind the desk... More
