When I was in Cheyenne earlier this year I visited the hotel, where I had stayed before, to see if it was as terrible as described in the earlier reviews. It had been attractively renovated, the new owners seemed helpful and courteous, so I decided to take a chance on it on my next visit. Am very glad I did.... more

The worst motel/hotel I have ever encountered and I have been to a bunch of them. We had made reservations and we had a late arrival. The front desk gals checked us in, gave us a key and told us to use the elevator. We couldn't find the room but there was a BIG party going on in a room... more

My reservations were made through them personally, I particully asked how was the hotel and the rooms. The man i spoke to was the owner, I did not know this at the time of the reservation on the phone. He told me "of course this place is nice, that is why we are called the grand plaze hotel. When me... more

My mother, sister and I were so excited to spend a weekend together in Cheyenne for Frontier Days as I was visiting from North Carolina. My Mom had booked the "Grand" Hotel due to the fact that it was the last available option...as soon as we pulled up we realized that the hotel was anything but Grand at $139 bucks... more

We were visiting for the Cheyenne Frontier Days due to all motels being booked this was our last resort, when we arrived at the hotel it was nothing like the pictures on the internet. The underground parking garage was real scary! Sewer leaking near our car. The elevators and halls were terrible dirty. We got our room it was on... more

I wish we would have read the review that was posted before we booked. We booked for 2 nights based on the descrition of the hotel. When we arrived the first night after 15 hours in the car we were exhausted. Our children did not feel safe in this hotel. They did not sleep most of the night. The lobby... more

We had gotten stranded on the highway and we tried calling about dozen hotels in that area and none of them would come put us up. Finally, we called th Grand and they immediately came and picked us with their shuttle. We were so pleased that they came and picked us up because it was the middle of December and... more

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that they were the only one who offered a courtesy van to pick us up at the Port of Entry east of town after our van broke down. For that reason alone, we felt obliged to stay one night. The room was filthy, the lobby full of smoke, and... more

Do not even waste your time pulling into the lot- there are a handful of hotels in the area where you will receive better service, cleaner and more elegant rooms, honest staff, and lower prices. I stayed at the hotel for only 30 minutes, and even after receiving word that I would be refunded, I never received the refund. I... more

On their website, they Cheyenne Grand Hotel says they have beautiful, spacious rooms. The room we had was dirty and not at all spacious. There was a coffee pot in the room that had mold growing in it, the bathroom was filthy (so much so that nobody would use the shower. The website also states that they have an indoor... more
