With Motel 6, I expect bare bones but clean. The bathroom was clean but the carpet was dirty in the corners. Also, I do not like the horse blankets Motel 6 insists on putting on the beds; I have suggested they upgrade the blankets to no avail. You get what you pay for, the old saying goes. That is so true at the Motel 6 in Cheyenne. The train tracks literally sit on top of the motel. We got exactly what we expected to get with a Motel 6. A clean place to sleep for 1 night. Yes the train is near but we never heard it. Overall the property is in a great location and was very clean. We only wished the air conditioner worked a little bit better. more

We have stayed at this Motel 6 on 2 different occasions and would definitely stay there again. It is clean. The staff is friendly. Once in our room we were never bothered by the trains.
