nice clean rooms and big rooms. brand new hotel because of renovation. Gym size is small but I barely saw anyone using it.!! very good breakfast. Breakfast ladies (both of them) works very hard to provide everyone customized coffee or request. I only regret that manager did not help me in late checkout and decrease my stay by one day... More

Spent the weekend here with several friends. Very nice and clean, staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Forgot a leather jacket in our room, front desk called before we were out of Cheyenne and were able to return and pick jacket up.

Service was great, staff very friendly and outgoing. Pricey for Frontier Days, but that is to be expected. The have a great breakfast which is included with room and an afternoon buffet. Warm cookies by the front desk were a plus. Free computer and printer to use. To use washer and dryer only a dollar each per load and they... More

Prices during Frontier Days are high and this chain was no exception. $249.00 a night for a very basic run down room in a fairly rundown facility. The good points: Great staff. They are helpful and friendly. There is a free dinner buffet. It was pretty costly but everywhere is for these two weeks. But this was short of highway... More

We spent 3 nights at the Fairfield for a family wedding weekend. They were an outstanding staff as far as being friendly and helpful and genuinely happy that we were there. The rooms were very nice and had everything a person could need. We did not use the pool or workout area, but they looked great also. The breakfast had... More

Stayed here for one night during a road trip. We arrived in the late afternoon. We enjoyed the convenient location to restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice sized. The queen beds were perfect.

We came in town for a couple nights for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. My parents actually shared the room as they had a semi private area with a couch that made into a bed. Great location for restraunts and entertainment and the free breakfast was fantastic giving us more money for dinners

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and check-in was smooth. On the way to the hotel we had seen a reataurant - part of a chain- but one we liked and had decided to ask for directions to it for later. Colin on the front desk decided otherwise and pooh poohed our request for directions and told us to dine... More

Even thought the hotel is in renovation, which they told us up front when we made our reservations, the rooms were clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We left before breakfast so I cannot comment on what was served. The one thing the rooms could have is more automated heating and air conditioning! Once the room warmed up... More

When I first walked in I noticed the "Please Excuse Our Mess" sign. I thought, oh great here we go. But the room I was given was nice. The beds were nice as well as the bathroom. The rooms were clean as well. I was on the second floor on the end by the airport, so from 6 pm until... More
