This is the first place I've stayed based off of a Trip Advisor recommendation that I have regretted. The check-in experience was abysmal. The young lady working the desk had a terrible attitude, therefore only offered the basic check in service. We asked for rooms on the ground floor, were told they were short handed and the rooms weren't clean.... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Cheyenne, WY. I do apologize for any inconvenience you had at check-in. One of the housekeepers son had been sent to the hospital and had to let him go there. The staff all understand the importance of a quick check-in especially after a long drive and are... More

This room was booked 8 months in advance by phone. At that time a specific request was made for a ground floor room on the back side of the hotel opposite of the Union Pacific railroad yards and its 24 hour traffic. On arrival, they had us reserved for a Tuesday night, not the Monday night we reserved. That was... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Cheyenne, WY. It was in December that a double check system for our front desk to prevent situations such as this had been started. Preventative maintenance is very important to us; however, situations do happen. Please do call the front desk when noticing such things, we will... More

We arrived at the ABVI early because we had been on the road several hours in our Polaris Slingshot. Julius Ho the general manager met us at the desk and informed us that our room was not ready. We explained to him our tired state and the threat of rain etc and he with a smile the whole time found... More

The room was clean and quiet. We did have to ask for extra towels for our 3rd person. Breakfast was better than most, I had a waffle and yogurt. They also had a bowl of bananas and apples, biscuits and gravy, and oatmeal packets. I would stay there again.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. The breakfast is great for continental. From the outside it's just plain and the driveway is rough but the moment you walk in its a different world. I've seen the changes in the on going renovations and they are great. The staff is very friendly... More

All the staff was very friendly. Calie the manager and Taylor at the front desk were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for two days for family gathering - there was plenty of room in the lobby to visit with family and friends and we never felt rushed to leave. The breakfast... More

The sign out front said"newly remodeled." Must mean that feesh paint and carpeting is remodeling. But, they forgot something. The front doors are aweful to bring luggage through. No automatic door here. The side door off the parking area is not locked. No room key needed to access the place. No pool-- being repaired. NO elevator. Two flights of stairs... More

We spent one night at this pet-friendly hotel while passing through the area. Taylor, the front desk clerk, was friendly and accommodating. She located us in a nonsmoking room near the exit door as we requested since we were traveling with a dog. She also was able to tell us about nearby restaurants for dinner and checked their closing times... More

The front desk lady was very helpful and welcoming! I was assigned to what they call the six pack area on the second floor. It was a very quiet area. I stayed in a room with one king sized bed. The bed was comfortable, not too plush, not too firm and the linens were fresh which was a major plus!... More

My wife and I stayed here, because it was considerably cheaper than the more upscale chain hotels in Cheyenne. Its appearance on approach did not bode too well - it's cheap looking - but it was clean, and quiet, which is all we require. Well, except that the coffee available downstairs in the mornings is flatly undrinkable to anyone with... More
