This is THE grand old property remaining in Cheyenne. That said, appreciate the beautiful grounds, the ubiquitous bunny-rabbits, and yes, even the room keys that are actual keys - not plastic cards. The pool was clean and not crowded, even on a perfectly sunny Wyoming afternoon. (Towels are provided so no need to take one from your room.) This trip... More

In short, we will not return to Little America. The housekeeping services are poor, the rooms are not kept clean, they are not at all appropriately dated (no plugs, no modern TV services, not working wi fi, bathroom plumbing ancient, etc. etc.) and the overall business services for corporate events just are not up to corporate standards by anywhere else... Check in was quick and easy and the rooms were surprisingly clean. I ordered room service and it was in my room half an hour later, hot and quite tasty. Great price and nice to stay somewhere besides the giant nationwide chain motels that are littered throughout the town.

We stayed for several days for a conference. Yes, the rooms are very dated, that's not the problem. The rooms aren't clean. I'm pretty sure my room didn't get cleaned at all, just new sheets and towels. I wore white socks in the room for the evening and they were black! I ended up throwing them away... That being said,... I like this hotel. They have very clean, spacious rooms. The shower had good water pressure. The bathroom is a strange place for a mini refrigerator and microwave, but I can deal with it. The free wifi was reliable. We found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Like most hotel restaurants, the food is overpriced. We were... More

We have been patrons of Little America for 20 years and tonight was the absolute worst experience. Our food came out ice cold (seriously there was still ice on my carrots) and when we complained to the manager she was full of excuses, they were "busy" even though half the tables in the dining room were empty. We refused to... More

Went to this hotel because it was the site of our conference. At check-in, there was only one person at the front desk. The check-in time was sooooo long, especially since many of the over 200 people attending the conference were in line waiting for their rooms. Our room was not cleaned well. After check-in, we went to our room... More

Anyone traveling the lonesome vast highway out of Cheyenne is probably familiar with the Little America billboard featuring the ice cream cone which tells you how many miles you are from getting one!The closer you get, the more billboards you'll see. Little America is a wonderful piece of Wyoming nostalgia. This is a great resort to stay at.I grew up in... More

Everything about Little American in Cheyenne is big, the lobby, the pool, the rooms, the open space. Built by Sinclair oil tycoon Robert Holdings, of Mormon fame, the property is one of four western locations. This one is quite nice and we felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel like those found in Las Vegas. The room was... More

When we walked into the hotel we had lots of bags. There was no one to help us drag all are bags to the other side of the hotel. That would have been fine with me except for the fact that there was nothing to put your bags on to roll them to the other side of property and there... More
