I had stayed at this motel twice as the Capitol Inn, and thought that it was a great location and good deal for the money during Frontier Days. Having made an annual tradition out of spending a couple of days at Frontier Days, I am aware that you must book far in advance to get a decent room. The day... more

On our way back to Denver from Yellowstone NP we reserved one night here for the Frontier Days rodeo on Tuesday, July 21. I have traveled with my family quite a bit and stayed in lots of different motels but this has got to be the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. This is an older property in desperate... more

Arrived for check-in and rooms had not been cleaned. They said the cleaning crew didn't show up. Reserved a room with 2 beds, was given a room with only one. Said that my reservation on the internet through Choice had been messed up. However, they did finally get us a room with two double beds. Got to our room after... more

We stayed here one night during Frontier Days, and the room was small, the air conditioner didn't work well, and the bathroom didn't appear to be very clean. Also the building itself, especially in the stairwells, is just filthy. Felt like it was NOT a good value for the money. more

It seemed that the few reviews I read of this place were negative, yet they were also a year old... I decided to go ahead and stay there. It is undergoing some construction, but I found it to be a pleasant enough place. It looks a bit adobe like on the outside and other than holes in the driveway around... more

This is an aging property that needs a total renovation or better yet, demolition. The afternoon when we checked in, a strong, cold wind was blowing down from the Arctic. The first room we were given had NO heat. The second one had some heat, but not nearly enough. Rather than check out and go elsewhere in the miserable conditions,... more

When I read the reviews of this motel, I had to check the address on our statement to make sure this was the right place! If I had read the previous reviews, we would never have stayed here. However, we thought it was one of the best value for money places we stayed in during our 3 week touring in... more

It's been a couple years since I stayed at the Quality Inn in Cheyenne, but it was such a horrible experience that I've got to warn everyone: don't stay here, don't even think of staying here! My first impressions upon seeing this place... blecch! Old, run-down, immediately filling me with regret for ever reserving a room there. But it couldn't... more

Quality Inn took their name off this dump for a good reason. It is now called Capital Inn. The entire property is so decayed that they just need to bring in a bulldozer and knock it down. Even the cement curbs are crumbling. It took the clerk 30 minutes to get me checked in even though there was no one... more

This is second time we stayed here, cheaper than motel 6 so a overnight stay is not too bad. room needs new carpets, wall paper etc. Because of upcoming frontier days rodeo, room clerks were rushed and buzy, all in all for the price it's not bad. Only complaint we had was the power surges dimming some of the lamps in... more
