This was an old hotel which is definitely over-priced. The grounds are a mess as is the parking lot. The rooms are clean, quiet and in working order, but the repairs in the rooms are cheap temporary fixes. The free breakfast is 90+% carbs and the coffee is poor to average. Reward members do get a complimentary drink and snack... More

we booked thru booking.com due to the reviews which gave this hotel 7.0. Climbing the stairs to the second floor we encountered dirty corridors and bags of trash on the walkway outside our rooms and a dirty musty smell. Prepared for the worst we were pleasantly surprised the rooms were very clean though older. The dining room has a sewer... More

We've stayed here several times over the years. This is 2nd time we've been bitten by bed bugs when staying there. We told management about the issue. They claimed to have "thoroughly" investigated the issue & didn't find a problem. We won't stay there again! It's unfortunate because they are conveniently located & the rooms are otherwise generally ok for... More

Because, we just stayed in room 203, and the bathroom was immaculate with new tiles & new floor. The room was huge, and very clean. TV is a flat-screen with over 300 chanels. It is an older hotel, but they are doing a great job to renevate. Truck parking & smoking rooms. The only bad note..no coffee maker, microwave, frig, or hair-dryers... More

When first walking into the room there really much to look at, the beds are old, the AC didn't work half the time and the shower water was way too much salt in it. The maid service here is spotty, one day my room work be clean and for the next two weeks it would be untouched. Everything at the... More

I wouldn't want to stay here for a week, but if you're passing through, you can't beat it. The Days Inn was charging TWICE as much as this place! My room was clean, quiet, everything worked, and they have a noon checkout for those of us who like to sleep in. The lobby is a little 1970 Holiday Inn and... More

We were kind of forced to stay here due to there being no other rooms available in the MULTIPLE other hotels in Cheyenne (there was a storm coming in so apparently everyone had the same idea to get off the road)... It was the same cost as other, better rated hotels which passed me off but- what could we do?... More

Dirty, rundown, unkept. We were exhausted and it was late and I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons but for the price I would at least expect there not to still be foot prints in the tub! Floors were dirty, liens dingy, and outdated is an understatement. We were afraid to sleep in the bed so we sleep on top of... More

Older hotel. Rooms are large with microwave and refrig. Clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Andy was there when we checked in at 6pm and still there with a smile and 9 am

First, it's not a hotel, it's a MOTEL. Doesn't make a big difference to anything other than expectations. Location was perfect for the rodeo. Nice to see a fridge and microwave in the room, but in honesty, that's where the plus points stop. Bed was comfy enough, but sheets smelled musty, as did the towels. Bathroom had damp stains everywhere.... More
