Stayed the night and was happy with the choice. The room was not a bad size, equipped with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The hotel looks an excellent venue for conferences as I saw many rooms, also the pool looked a good size. The breakfast was a hot buffet style with oatmeal and fruit. The wifi was poor and I... More

I came for a 3 month stay due to a work assignment and naturally brought my pets (2 cats). I confirmed with the hotel that they would accept cats prior to coming and also when I checked in verbally discussed with the front desk staff that I would have the cats in the room and to not have housekeeping go... Promised WiFi but not available in at least half of hotel. Sitting in the lobby where I could get WiFi a steady stream of people checking in were being promised free WiFi, as we were. An equally steady stream of guests who said they had no WiFi were being told to adjust security on their computer. This is rubbish -... More

The staff was very helpful. The café at the front was a great value for both dinner and breakfast (a little antiquated). The hotel was a great value for compared to the rest of Casper. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Front desk ladies were rude. Called just after check out saying we either move to smoking room or check out. We planned to stay a week but they said they weren't informed. Very inconvenient and the manager didn't even apologize. Very rude and didn't show any appreciation for guest whatsoever. Also, bottom floor rooms have cockroaches, fyi.

We booked this room on-line. The staff were unaware of the booking. There were not enough staff for all of the rooms. The rooms were cold. They had to move us to another room which still had no heat. Our first room was much better then the room they moved us to which was supposed to have heat. After the... More

Our room greeted us with a tired carpet in need of a good clean, then the unwashed ring marks on the night stands from last nights guests do not inspire confidence, there is no excuse for this, its dowdy and enervated, and this is not to do with investment just lack of effort.

Ok for the price but I'd pay more for something better next time. A man checked me in quickly but with less than a smiling attitude. I'd say he was curt at best-not one smile or pleasantly. The place is creepy (I was woman checking in alone) filled with Halliburton workers grilling in the parking lot. When I entered room... More

Perfect hotel on a budget. Cafe is good, the bar is very nice and convenient. Rooms are a little worn but it is a pretty old property. The suites are pretty nice, some a little dated but worth the little extra money. If you need inexpensive accommodations this is your hotel.
