As american travelers, we have had a hard time finding the good old fashion mom & pop places. You can really see the pride of ownership. Went back and stayed again...even better! The bathrooms have all been remodeled and are really gorgeous! Tile floors, tile showers! Really brought it up to date. New carpet and bedspreads. Incredibly clean! Much more modern than before. The people who checked us in this time were the managers...extremely friendly and helpful! Will stay there every time we go thru Buffalo! more

After check in we went to our room which was right near the the highway and noisy from the traffic. I asked if we could have a different room and was able to change. The room did have a musty odor and the pool was dirty and cold and no hot-tub. more

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!. We booked for two nights and the manager (who was very rude) refused to let us cancel when we saw and smelled the room, and had no other room to offer. The first room we got had an air conditioner that made so much noise that we couldn't hear the TV. Management offered to jam some cardboard around the unit, but finally offered to give us a new room that had a new air conditioner, and that was ok, small but clean.
