My comments are based only on my reservation experience with this establishment - I never got to the point of actually staying there. Their online reservation system was quite easy, but after that it became nothing but frustrating. It does not tell you on the reservation page itself that there will be a cancellation fee. It is listed on the... More

There were a lot of people in town going to or coming from Sturgis. There were only two rooms left so we got the one with three beds. No complaints about the bed which was much more comfortable than I expected. Bathroom was small but very clean. Good nights sleep and we left thinking we'd go back there without any... More

This little motel is one we will stay at again when in Buffalo. The room was very clean & felt very inviting! The beds were extremely comfy & the shower was amazing...The water pressure was great! The hostess is adorable & the fresh baked goods for breakfast were delicious! The place is decorated with art from a local artist and... More

This is an older place but kept up SO well and good value for the money! The rooms had what we needed, the beds were comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure I have found anywhere (room 16). Trudy was absolutely wonderful, and made you feel as though you were at home. Buffalo is a great little town... More

Stayed here on our way to Sturgis. Is good for a night while on the road. It has the nice cottage western chic flair combined with the hometown motel feel. Could not use the shower as I am claustrophobic but my old man enjoyed it.

this is an older hotel, reasonably priced and clean, perfect for a one night stay and within walking distance of places to eat and drink. Love the gal at the front dest, Trudy part of a motorcycle trip.

Perfect place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Buffalo. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Stayed 2 nights in room 18. Older motel, but good value. Air conditioner unit you have to climb on chair to operate, but that's only comment. Trudy perfect hostess.

LOVE...LOVE......LOVE Longmire Days in Buffalo would not of been complete without Trudy and Big Horn hospitality. We stayed here for a week and it was clean, neat and at a great rate. And I loved the shower. This is the type of comfort that all hotels should be.

It has been many years since I've stayed in a motel and I was very happy I choose this little motel. It reminded me of the days when I traveled with my family in the 1950's. It's owned by a very friendly lady who provided fruit and brownies for breakfast. She loves plants and pottery and so do I. She... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

My family stayed here in July 2014 on our way to Yellowstone. Not the fanciest in town, but a funky, offbeat place to stay that is clean, neat and will do just fine for a night's rest or a week's with a very reasonable rate. Looks like local artists favor the place, which helps give it eccentric charm. The lady... More
