trouble from the first minute.....we had changed our stay, they didn't get the memo, over charged us then couldn't fix due to computer problems, claimed they would take care of it and never did... the sites are terrible, sloping and very close, you are almost touching the RV next to you, with 3/4 of the place empty they jammed us... We were towed to Casper KOA on Sunday, Sept. 29, by Jordon Auto from Lusk WY. As we pulled in, the owner accused the driver of trying to kill him. We had reservations, so I went inside. He attacked me physically inside the store and I put my hand up to keep him away from me. Then his wife went... More

The pool, showers, restrooms are sparkling. The sites are gravel but all have tables and some have trees so that's a plus. Over all it is clean. We have stayed here overnight before and would recommend it for short term only. BUT, don't expect to have them be nice to you or appreciate your business. A family got towed in... More

Infested with bed bugs! Do not stay here. Our group stayed in both cabins. Cabin 1 had them crawling out of the cracks in the wood logs and we ended up being bitten more times than we could count. My brother was so bad he went to the doctor and was given antibiotic, steroid pack, and a body cream scrub... More

I'm giving this two points. One for the clean pool. Once for the clean, self contained private bathroom. As others have said the staff is rude. Sites are tiny, not well marked, and while there are signs saying the are working on landscaping, there is no evidence of that. You are camping in a gravel parking lot beside the interstate.... More

Traveling through Wyoming with our travel trailer and needed to stop in the Casper area. We have a KOA membership and decided to stop at this KOA. It had an indoor pool, which was closed prior to our 8:30pm arrival. It also had free mini golf, which was 8yr old approved. The staff were a bit rude. Wouldn't let me... More

We pulled in to this KOA rather late and found our spot. It didn't appear well-kept but signs posted said "Excuse our mess, we're landscaping" so we let the dingy spots and scenery go. In the morning we promised our boys a quick swim before hitting the road again. The female owner was incredibly rude! One of my kids forgot... More

We stopped here a night on our road trip. We stayed in one of their two cabins, but they were close to the road so not very pretty. The wind was howling so I wouldn't recommend tent camping here on a windy night.

It's a little intimidating driving in to this campground from the highway as you pass some pretty seedy looking areas, but the campground itself was extremely neat and well maintained. The bathrooms were locked, so it was more private and probably kept it a little cleaner. It was more like a coed bathhouse with toilets and showers in each little... More
