We made reservations for the 3 nights of Easter weekend. We arrived after 10 P.M. in a snowstorm only to go to our rooms and find both of them weren't cleaned and made up. It was spur of the moment trip to dells so we didn't have any reservation. The staff was extremely helpful with tons of to do things. Turns out their comedy club package is all we needed to relax n enjoy the night. Room was nice n clean with decent breakfast in the morning, what else you need in life! more

We had a nice clean room. Clean & well stocked bath. We haad a pet so it was one of only a few choices in hotels. The front desk staff was very freindly. Cont. breakfast was OK. Th eprice was reasonable. I thought it was what you would expect in this price range. I would stay again. more
