This was our first time at Sherwood Forest and we were very satisfied with our stay. We were happy to get the free Mt. Olympus tickets and we also thought the bathrooms and showers were in pretty good condition and kept pretty clean. The sites are a bit small but for a fun weekend to have a place to stay... more
My family camped for the first time at Sherwood Forest Campground over Memorial weekend and we had a great time! They have a really nice heated pool and a kiddie pool for your little ones. My kids ages 7 & 10 also enjoyed the gameroom and playgrounds. Our favorite part of our stay was how wooded and secluded the campground... more
Stayed over Wo-Zah-Wa weekend and were pleasently surprised with the primitive sites for a campground so close to downtown. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. I would question the three block walk to downtown as it seemed a bit further than that, but still worth it to leave your car at the campground so not to fight with traffic. Would... more
