My father spent $400.00 a night on a dilapidated, dirty A-frame home which had seen its glory, perhaps, in 1979. The owners of Delton Oaks truly showed they gave up caring, long ago, when we arrived. We arrived 4days after Lake Delton was lost. We were skeptical about going but all turned out great. The outside of the the A-frame & grounds could use a little T.L.C. & the screen doors need some attention but it was very clean and well stocked. We had a 50th anniversary/family reunion for 35 people. We had ages 1 to 70 and all had a wonderful time. We loved the campfires the convenience of the beach and water activities and the patio for cooking our meals. We had never done anything like this before and everything was flawless.
