The experience at the reception desk was avg. We were asked to walk up to our rooms which were located a mile away. I believe with such a huge (scattered) property the facility of shuttle shall be provided. The rooms of the village are similar to the old motels with some finishing touch and it has to be as the... My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed at Mt. Olympus last weekend. The park is nice but the Villages motel rooms are mediocre at best. We received a $100 discount per night and stayed in building #4. The pictures of the rooms online looked fairly nice and I was told by the woman on the phone that the... More

This place should have never existed. The rooms in the hotel are so bad. They caused me to have back problems. The service there was not very good. The prices here are also outrageous. The indoor water park was an okay part of the hotel. The outdoor water park is always dirty. I would rather go to Noah's Ark or The... More

We booked through a travel agency, they gave us a list of hotels in the area to choose from. I chose one that was kid friendly that had fun water activities, and had breakfast included.Mt. Olympus bought this property out. They Did no more than spread some of their blue and white paint on the front of the old building.... More

This property has a main hotel called Hotel Rome. It seems adequate. Outside of that though - beware. There are also has a large number of old, worn out roadside motels that they've purchased and have attempted to paint blue and white and call it lodging. We stayed in one of those strip motels as part of a group convention... More

Family of 7 stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Wisconsin is beautiful....The Dells offers so much to do for the whole family. We stayed at Mt. Olympus Rome. The staff and life guards were not friendly at all, not sure if it was a language barrier or if they are not allowed to talk to the guest but we... More

Mt. Olympus owns MANY properties surrounding their park, so, if you get an amazing deal on a room, know that some of the properties are acquired...and not quite finished. In our hotel (Skyline) there is no front desk person, or anyone else in the lobby at any time. No pool in operation, but this place has great potential. That being... More

After reading numerous reviews about Mt. Olympus I was very hesitant in booking at this resort although friends had so many great things to say about it. I called and made my two night reservation with a live person and told them of my concerns I had read about in reviews. By doing this they guided me to the best... More

The only good thing about this place is you get a pillow and access to their waterpark for a reasonable rate. If Wal-Mart had a hotel, this would be it. We stayed at hotel Rome the only plus was that it was close to the park entrance. The hotel was always loud, at every hour of the night. We were... More
