First of all, there were no drawers. The pictures are deceiving since they only show one side of the room. If you are there to use the water park, plan on having all your wet things dripping all over the room. Towels are stained, the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom was ridiculously small. I wouldn't stay here ever again.

Wow, this place was bad. First the check-in line was very long. It took about 20 minutes to get through the line. We found out our hotel was about a mile away. A MILE. When we got to our building(17), we felt like we were going to a sketchy hotel in Detroit. The inside of our room was TERRIBLE. The... More

The pools were so dirty I did not allow my children to swim. There were rust stains and chipping paint all over in the water park. I have reported them to the health department. The railings leading up to the highest point of a slide were made of rope, frayed and in disrepair. We tried to enjoy a cocktail to... More

We previously enjoyed a stay at Hotel Rome in the Mt. Olympus Resort, and so booked a 2-night stay here again with our two children. We did not realize until we checked in that our room was in an adjoining hotel, the BlueGreen. We arrived after a long day of driving, and received very confusing instructions from the desk clerk... Mt Olympus has bought out several smaller nearby hotels and boasts of having 1500 rooms. The problem with that is that the water park and parking lot is still the same size as it was when they only had hotel Rome/Treasure Island (as it was called back in the days). We also had to wait almost 20 minutes to check... More

Not only did this hotel allow guests to party all night in the parking lot of their "prided family resort", we also got stuck on their roller coaster for 40 minutes with no compensation, false advertisement stating the park is open 3 hours later to hotel guests (which was not accurate, yet they still passed it out but then again... Basically everything people are saying about the distance from the rooms to the park is correct. We read this before booking and actually called to ask where our room would be located. We made CERTAIN that it was just adjacent to the park because we had a 9 month old with us, as well as 2 older children, so we... More

In the Dells to visit family. Stayed 3 nights, our room was never serviced, we had to ask for clean towels daily. There was so many loud drunks and chaos that keeping our 2 year old grandson asleep was nearly impossible. The indoor water park was disappointing, nothing special at all and not worth the additional cost for the stay.... More

We were in one of the Village properties. The room was ok, the bed was not very soft. Very small table in the room. I was very disappointed in the indoor waterpark & theme park. Both very small and not much for teenagers or adults. Only 2 slides and 2 raft tube slides. Lazy river was not very big. Only... More

We checked in at 3, walked in the rain to get to the indoor part; which closed at 4. The indoor part consists of more arcades, a slow race track, and bumper cars that smell like burnt rubber. Other than that it had 3 other rides for babies. The indoor water park closes at 8. However, a few slides and... More
