We had a great stay on a fantastic shaded site with good neighbors. Friendly staff and a lot of stuff for kids to do to stay entertained. Site was level and had a nice cement pad for picnic table and chairs. Only reason for not giving a 5 would be a few small issues. We had a point site between... More

We randomly picked this KOA because it was the starting point of our big a Northern Tier trip to Mt. Rushmore and Devils Tower. The staff greeted me by name when I arrived and were very sweet. Pay extra for the full hook up pull through sites, the patios are paved and the sites are easy to set up and... More

This is a nice tree shaded campground away from the bustle of the Dells amusements yet close by. The staff is really friendly (They are "work kampers"). The only issue we had was poor water volume on the upper level when the campground was full on the weekend. It's still a better value than the expensive hotels and the pool... More

As to KOAs, this one seems about average based on amenities. However, once on the property it is easy to see that one of the amenities not posted is how clean and neat the campground is. This, of course, is a real plus as most travelers will admit. One can find KOAs with food service but still not be so... More

We tent camped here. Yes, the train tracks are very close and active. We were still able to sleep. If you are a light sleeper it may not work out. Our site was on a bit of a slope and the pad was lumpy. I wouldn't suggest going without a mattress or cot. The bathroom closest to us had quite... More

Clean campground with nice bathrooms, and pool area. Sites farthest away from the train are small and cramped. My kids mostly played in the road due to no space to throw a ball. Fire pits are located in odd places. Some fire pits you are basically sitting in the road others are to close to your RV to be safe.... More

Clean showers and bathrooms and laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Warm pool! Friendly neighbors! We stayed here for a week and will definitely be back next year. Everything was so clean and so nice compared to other camping sites we've been to. Our site was right next to the bathroom. It was quiet and clean. Very easy to see why they... More

We stayed at this terrific campground for just one night, but what great place to stay! Centrally located, but away from all the noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cabins, were spotlessly clean and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing. We'll definitely go again,
