My granddaughter had multiple bedbug bites after sleeping on the last roll away bed available. The staff the next morning has totally unresponsive and numb. The place is generally dirty and the breakfast area a joke. more

Rooms were comfortable and roomy. I appreciated the fridge and microwave and the extra items -- nightlight, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker in room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wisconsin Dells offers expensive resorts with water parks or dumps, not much for the in-betweeners. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. We booked this hotel in mid January 2009 for some quality sister time and had to leave at 1am due to a bed bug infestation. We were on the second floor in room 201. The hotel did not charge us but also did not apologize or sound suprised. more

We checked in and found the staff to be okay....they didnt seem like they wanted to be there. The breakfast was out of everything. It looked like they were trying to work on the outside and just quit. I expected more. more

The staff was pleasant, the room very comfortable - we had a king with a sofa. The breakfast was good. They are in the process of some major remodeling, but it didn't bother us at all. Nice experience. more

No frills hotel that is close to all the attractions. Reasonably priced and well run hotel. more
