My husband and I just stayed at the Bailey House this weekend. We were planning on staying elsewhere. As he booked last minute, the hotel we had wanted ended up having no vacancy. We found this delightful establishment instead. And we are so very glad we did! Williams Bay is a lovely town about 3 miles from the hub bub... More

Spent last Friday night in Williams Bay, WI at the Baily House. John and Karen were very gracious hosts and served us a wonderful breakfast on Saturday morning. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pool. It is a very peaceful place and the room was clean and the sunporch was a great place to visit. Also spent some time... More

We stayed here on our way to a concert at Alpine Valley. John greeted us on our arrival and first impressions were of a dedicated proprietor very proud of his establishment and very approachable. The property is immaculate and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast was at 9 AM and was another highlight of this couple. Karen is... More

I wasn't sure about staying in a Bed and Breakfast, but John and Karen made a believer out of me. My husband and I arrived a little later than we thought, but John and Barney their dog made us feel welcome right away. Karen came in to greet us, so friendly. John took us in the kitchen showed us where... More

I practically grew up going up to Lake Geneva on the weekends with my parents and siblings. I found myself needing to get away for a few days to relax, rest and recharge. The Bailey House was the perfect place to do this. John and Karen were wonderful hosts, their dog Barney delightful and the house and grounds beautiful!!! I... More

We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was stupendous 3 of the 4 mornings and the cookies provided were delicious as well. The grounds were lovely. We did not come prepared to swim, however the pool was beautiful and peaceful to sit by and relax. We have frequented many B& B 's and you could tell that this one cut corners. Simple... More

If you are looking for a get-away to relax and re-fuel, this is the place to go! When we first walked in, we were greeted warmly by John and Barney (the dog)! John showed us the house, our room, and the spacious grounds. He gave us some suggestions on some good restaurants in the area. He also gave us a... More

We were lucky enough to get accomadations at the last minute. We were in the area for a family graduation and were also celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Bailey House turned out to be everthing that we had hoped that it would be. The suite was beautiful....the food was wonderful...and John and Karen were fanastic hosts. John did his "muffin... More

My boyfriend and I came to the Bailey House to celebrate our 7 year anniversary of us being together. For years I had staying at a Bed and Breakfast on my "bucket list" and we finally did this past weekend. All I can say is it was absolutely AMAZING! The house was just so beautiful with such a great layout.... More
