My father and I booked and paid for our reservations months in advance of our stay. When we arrived the staff did not honor the reservation for two King rooms. They gave us a King and a Queen without compensation because they charge the same for King or Queen. At 3:00pm the continental breakfast area had yet to be cleaned.... more
