I had reservations but had to change plans unexpectedly. When i called to cancel within 24 hours before check-in, I offered to pay a cancellation fee and they said it was the price of the room. My husband & I have stayed here several times to celebrate our birthdays. We always get suites. The staff are a joy. They always made sure to have balloons & champagne for us in our room when we arrive.
