I have been going to this casino for years, but last nite will probably be my last. I dont think I have ever seen the casino so FILTHY,& Understaffed by rude and unkept employees. We used to enjoy the prime rib sandwiches, however the snack bar was out of a lot of items (ice cream, their special of the day) not... More

The hotel is not attached to the casino, but it is next to it and there is a shuttle (it is walking distance when the weather is decent). The bed was the WORST hotel bed I have ever encountered- and that includes hotels in remote areas of India. It was so bad I actually considered sleeping on the floor instead.... More

The hotel is not attached to the casino! There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off but that is not at all convenient. The rooms were very outdated, uncomfortable and small. We didn't even know that they had a breakfast! The staff were not at all friendly or helpful. The casino was small as we... More

This was an extremely uncomfortable room with no amenities. Small tv on desk, creaking uncomfortable chairs and the bed was like sleeping on a wooden floor with no cushion. The casino had tight slots, small and dark. We left there and went to Mille Lacs with the motel being more reasonable and felt like we went from a one star... More

The title of casino and hotel is misleading. The casino is down the street somewhere- not in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable for a nights stopover, but nothing special. They did have a free breakfast and the staff let me in early, when they found out I wanted to check out early that morning.

The hotel is adequate. Our room was clean and the check in was easy. There is a shuttle to the casino which is about 3 blocks away and that worked very well. No waiting hardly at all. The pool had too much chlorine and was a little chilly for my liking. And the elliptical bike was not working in fitness... More

-Just to get in the front door, we had to walk past 9 people hanging out by the garbage can smoking. -biohazard dispenser for used needles right on the bathroom vanity doesn't exactly scream "welcome!". -next to the needle dispenser on the counter were 2 red streaks that had been stained onto the vanity that looked like someone tried to... I will start off by saying that the sheets and bathroom were clean, but the room wreaked of old smoke! I was a bit thrown off by the red sharps container by the sink, but thought maybe they are taking into consideration those that may need insulin...? I have never seen that at any hotel I've stayed at. The sign... More

We went on a gambling trip and stayed at the St.Croix Casino & Hotel Turtle Lake. We loved the casino but didn't really care for the hotel. The part we stayed in must have the older part of the hotel. For some reason we felt that it just wasn't very clean. We only stayed two nights and that was enough.... More

We've read the other reviews and agree with most of what's said. Is it a dump? No, but it's not a 5 star either. However, I didn't expect more than what we got. The breakfast was a surprise because of what I read in reviews from the other motel across the street. We found the staff to be quite helpful.... More
