I took my fiancee to this wonderful farmstay B&B for her birthday weekend in April of 2014, to relax and enjoy the spring weather. While browsing around different farm vacations and B&B's in Wisconsin, I happily stumbled upon the Brambleberry online, and was instantly smitten with their location in the beautiful Wisconsin hills near LaCrosse. The wonderful on-site winery with... More

Awesome weekend getaway, my wife and I truly enjoyed the experience. It was our one year anniversary and my wife is 5 months pregnant, but Sherry was so accomidating with the food choices which were all so delicious. Chris and Sherry are great hosts and great people. We have stayed at many bed and breakfasts over the past 10 years and this is a true gem! A lovely setting, beautifully appointed rooms, cozy living room area, featuring games, books, DVDs, CD's, and wood burning stove. Our room --horse and hound--had a lovely 2 person whirlpool and fireplace, very comfy king size bed. We enjoyed the Saturday evening... More

The next bed and breakfast we stay at will have mighty large shoes to fill! Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and well kept up -- our room looked like it should be spotlighted in a magazine. The wide range of animals made it interesting and lively. The food was amazing and had a lot of effort and love... More

Just got back from a fall color tour of Southwestern Wisconsin and had the chance to stay at this lovely home. Our room (horse and hounds) was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owners are beginning a winery and the guests were able to sample their very nice wine. The owners were most hospitable and can help you... More

If you are looking for a place at which to find peace and calm, completely isolated from the frantic world most of us live in, you can't beat The Brambleberry. It is situated on a working farm and the loudest noise you will hear is the cows mooing in the morning. The B&B itself is a totally charming farm house,... More

We spent our anniversary weekend here. The hosts are great people. We spent both evening with them tasting wines and having great conversation. Our room was excellent and clean. Bed was comfy. Food was very good, plenty to eat. We will return. The farm that they share is also very nice atmosphere.

I read a story in my local newspaper about this B & B near Black River Falls and what struck me about it was the rural/farm location, 5 rooms, optional pizza Friday night & optional meal for Saturday night. If it isn't grown or raised on the farm, it is sourced from near by. All this means not driving to... More

My husband and I spent our 23rd wedding anniversary at Brambleberry this past weekend. Brambleberry met our diverse needs perfectly. I loved waking to the sounds of sheep braying; with the sun rising over the absolutely beautiful rolling hills as the cattle grazed and the deer literally walked by. For my husband, there were endless miles of curvy country roads... More

Thank you. Your review pretty much described our philosophy at Brambleberry. Present delicious food, a comfortable atmosphere and welcome guests to our peaceful part of the world. The word "serene" pretty much describes what it's like to sit back on one of our porches or around the campfire and get away from it all. We look forward to seeing you... More
