I don't like 'cheap' hotels - I'm not willing to sacrifice a good night sleep to save a few bucks - but this hotel was great. It cost us $67 and we had a great experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very limited, but still better than no breakfast! More

Thank you for another great stay, The room was very clean - thank you housekeeping team - you do a great job. Friendly staff as always. Breakfast is limited, but my wife and I do enjoy the biscuits and gravy. Thanks again. Chuck and Paula. More

Was a bit worried as i saw the condition of the roof it is a bit ruff. The Rooms are of a good size and clean. Desk staff was ok but the lot is small if your driving anything more then a car. Pool was large with a great hot tub sannua was broken. The pool closed the second day... More

We needed a place to stay in Superior while on a road trip. The sound of the name of the hotel being at the "Bay Walk" is deceiving. It sounds like it would be a beautiful pier or something - not so much. We arrived around 11pm at night and there were quite a few people mingling outside the front... More

Hotel did not have an elevator but the staff offered to either switch our room to the first floor or help carry our bags. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean. Would have liked having a freezer compartment in the refrigerator but ice machine worked as a substitute - we had brought some ziplock bags... More

Breakfast was adequate, (oastries, toster things inlcuidng waffels and biscuts and gravey) room was good (King bed had lots of pillows - I like pillows). They were pet friendly which is pleasant to know when traveling with pets. No extra charges for pet. Hot tub was hot but not working and had a 'sandy' bottom - could be why it... More

The guy at the front desk was nice, but I was worried as soon as I walked up the back stairwell. To make a long story short, the place was worn and threadbare. You can vacuum 200 times, but sometimes you have to replace the carpet. The same goes for beds. I checked out the hot tub, which was in... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were too soft for our taste. The breakfast was above average with hard boiled eggs. It's well located. Superior has seen better days. All the action seemed to be in Duluth which is just a few minutes away. Don't miss Pattison and Amnicon State Parks. eat at the Duluth Grill. More

We stayed here just one night. We went to Duluth and did not want to spend the money on the pricey places on the canal. We had no trouble finding this place. It does not have any sort of view. The front faces their parking lot and the back looks at a trailer court. But once inside it is clean... More

We stayed here one night on the way up the north shore. This property is pretty typical for a Best Western, and had no major issues. Positives: - really nice pool area with hot tub and sauna - the pool water temp was quite warm, maybe even a little too warm (much better than being too cold though!) - close... More
